I placed a phone order for the location in hayward ca on Foothill Blvd and some how the order was placed in Phoenix AZ at location #44. Charged my card and everything. Telephone number on the habbit website was 341-386-0100. I was told that the order was canceled and they put me through to a supposed customer service rep by the name of Erma and was told that it would be investigated and I would receive a call from corporate. Then I received notifications that my order was ready for pick up and paid in full. I'm at a lost for words. I have all the receipts. I should have known when I sworn that I heard the lady take a hit of a vape pen while taking my order. I also called the corporate number and it is a text now number 949-516-0607. Scammers and it's really sad that this what they resort too... Update as of yesterday 12/3/24 I was refunded in full. It took a short period of time and Erma was very helpful. I'm very greatful for the understanding, urgent response and proper care to resolve the situation. It wasn't a scam however the information for correct phone numbers needs to be corrected and I was told that it would be looked into and taken care of. My husband and I go out to dinner every now and then. We have been here twice now and the food is awesome. I ordered the double char burger with cheese and bacon and my husband had the Santa Barbara Cobb salad today. Everything was great! The portions are reasonable and the salad is fresh! We placed our order through the automated kiosk and our food was ready within reasonable time. No problems whatsoever! My husband is in a wheelchair but everything was fine with that and they do have accessible seating in there.
