Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Hazlet Township

I am not the type of person to leave a bad review, or even a review for that matter. I walked out of this place in disbelief and a concern for anyone's health who came in recently. I ordered a tiramisu cake shake. As i was walking out i noticed some mold at the top of my drink. Dig a little deeper into it, more mold. different colors that looked like they could have been a topping mixture. As i was staring at it the guy behind the counter asked with an attitude, "What, what." I politely showed him and he grabbed my straw; opened it... used it to take off a top piece of mold and throw it away... JUST the one moldy part, and HE HANDED IT BACK TO ME. I said no no theres more in there. He immediately started to angrily make me another of THE SAME DRINK FROM THE SAME BATCHES OF INGREDIENTS... I just asked for my money back in which i got an attitude for as well. My mind is blown about this and i imagine there being more mold in some...

Worst DQ in existence. First it's insanely expensive. Next the owner is rude, lacks personality and doesn't know his menu.

I ordered a royal cheesecake blizzard and noticed that it didn't look like it had any Graham base in it. I asked if he put it in and he said no. I said why, every other DQ puts it in. He said every DQ has the same menu and I am wrong.

Tired of arguing, I took my ice cream and left.

While outside I went on my phone and went to the DQ website just to check if I was going crazy. Low and behold, the DQ website says Graham base. I go inside to show him and he asks for my cup back, puts a scoop of Graham base and mixes it with my spoon.

This place should have zero stars, and should be shut down quite frankly. There’s literally no customers coming in there, and the owner gets the orders wrong every time and he won’t give you a refund or remake it.
