If only I could give this place zero stars! Beware that their printed pricing on the menus in their drive thru aren't always accurate, i.e. false advertising, but they won't honor their posted price. The person at the drive thru said I was wrong and the price was higher than what the menu said. I went back through the drive thru and snapped a pic of the menu and returned to the window and showed her that the price she was charging me was wrong. She wouldn't budge, even though the menu clearly showed a lower price. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was a manager (an employee that clearly had some kind of learning delay). I asked to speak to the person above her and finally a woman that clearly looked like and acted like a manager, with good communication skills, came over to the window. I explained the situation and she said that they should've put tape over the wording and pricing that was incorrect, but that the price was higher than shown on the menu. I told her to cancel our order and we wouldn't be coming back. It's not about the small difference in price between what it said on their menu and the higher price they were claiming it now was. It's about providing accurate pricing on your menu and not lying to your customers. I know McDonald's is the "bottom of the barrel" when it comes to fast food places (we had only ordered a drink), but they have SO MANY locations all over the world and raking in a lot of money. You'd think they could afford to change their menu signs to reflect accurate pricing and not waste my time at the drive thru, having to talk to two different "managers" and arguing about who's right. Shame on...
Read moreMcdonald's has become the place to go when you want to eat food made by people who don't pay attention and don't really care about the experience the customer has. It's a bad company that should be boycotted and switched from. When 60 or 70 percent of them have the same problems, it's a problem at the top. I'll pay a few extra dollars and eat Wendy's next time.
I work a night shift. I'm lactose intolerant and cannot eat cheese or it'll make me sick. I started my shift already. So the effect it had on the customer was, I was stuck with no dinner. Can't eat it and can't return it and payed an arm and a leg for it. One big problem is a lack of empathy. The people making the food need to learn the effect this type of frequent neglect have on real people. Your 3.1 star rating tells me that it's not just me. Every mcdonald's has a 2 or 3 star rating. Because they just suck. Sorry but the truth needs to be told. The vast majority of mcdonald's just sucks plain and simple, no debate, and I'm calling corporate within business hours because somebody needs to do something about it. We have literal AI technology watching every single action we take in our mcdonald's app and every single order is digital. There is no excuse for this chronic widespread problem. This is 2025 bro you guys are gonna go out of business if you don't fix this quality over quantity emphasis that the chain has been in for like...
Read moreYeah, just avoid this place. There's like twenty plus other places to eat on the same street, all with better reviews. Food took a long time to get to us, but looking at their orders screen, they weren't dealing with more than four, maybe five at a time. All the way down to one or two. Simple orders, too. The total came to like $12. I didn't exactly place a 20 item mishmash.
They didn't call out our order or seem to have a screen of in progress/finished order numbers, so you have to always be watching to see that it's ready. The fries were cold enough you would've thought they had been out over 10 minutes.
They also forgot our Hot n' Spicy, which ended up being over a 10 minute wait for a singular little sandwich. I told them what I needed twice, and they got that wrong. They gave me a basic cheeseburger. Whatever, I ended up having it because I wasn't waiting another 10+ minutes for one item. Remember that the screens indicated they only had a couple orders tops to deal with and they really weren't busy.
The customer service wasn't good either, it felt like they could barely understand what I was saying. No...
