Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Helena

Drove to this place from Las Vegas Nevada. Needed so R&R In between my long journey. I checked into the Ramada and was going to order Papa John's because it was the first thing I saw right before I got to my hotel. I tried to call them to see if they deliver to the hotel but after 20 mins of trying to contact them and having to find out from front desk if they deliver I decided not to order because you get an error message if you call to put an order in. Then if you select option 5 to speak with someone for "other" or to complain to a manager you will get ignored and sent to a hold. Then there's all those 1 star reviews.

So I put in pizza in Google maps and domino's seemed like the next best thing. I called and they answered almost immediately! Asked of they deliver here they said yes. So I thanked them and said I would do my order online. OMG 😱 BEST PIZZA EVER!! dunno if it's cuz I'm exhausted and starving but holy cow! Best bbq pizza ever!!! Carbonara was good and the pan crust is fanfrickentastic! Wanna know what else? The time it took to find out if they delivered here, put my order in and get my order was less time then it took to find out if Papa John's delivers here! Honestly regret even bothering with Papa John's. My suggestion if you are passing through and tired and want good quality food quick definitely choose this establishment!!! Worst delivery/customer service experience I've ever had. Pizza was good but the delivery guy was incredible rude. I usually don't leave reviews but this is not okay! He called yelling at me that my address didn't exist and I left a delivery note to specify as well on the phone while he was attempting to convince me my home didn't exist I told him exactly where I was. I called the store asking for a address confirmation and a new delivery driver and he was great but right when I got off the phone my family member was answering the door to the rude delivery guy. He threatened not to give me the food i already paid for because I called the store. He than sat at my door arguing that he never said the things he said on the phone when all i wanted to do was sign and not talk to him. BUT HE WOULD NOT STOP ARGUING!!!! I had to then yell back requesting my pizza and had to literally ASK HIM TO LEAVE MY HOME. The manager said they would have a 'talk' with him and that it's normal for people to get frustrated. My wife and I ordered some items for pick up last night. Walked in, there were 3 employees working, one on prep line, one on register, and one boxing stuff up. Prep line and packaging employe were not wearing gloves, ths employe at the register went straight to the prep line and started working with the food without washing his hands or putting on gloves. When I asked him about what he did he attempted to blow smoke up my back side. I politely pointed out he did not, the food he prepared was actually for my family so I made him wash and remake my food. Shortly after that 3 more employees came in, 1 actually washed his hands before touching any food products. I asked for the Owners information and was given the card of the manager so I made a call when I got home, left him a message, he attempted to return my call, I didn't hear my phone, and when I noticed I missed a call attempted to call him back and left him a message again.
