Food is always good. Customer service is always a bit lacking as the girl that takes the orders often looks like she hates being there and her manners on the drive thru intercom could definitely be improved (I dont want "EXCUSE ME?!" yell over an intercom if you cant understannd or hear me.) Today I decided to call in an order and the girl on the phone said it will take 20 mins and the girl said its very busy to which I replied "Thats not a problem, it usually takes me 20 mins to get there." I arrived 25 mins after that. I went inside, paid then the cashier told the cooks that the call in had arrived; now I understand if its busy and I understand that it's Christmas but when I see drive thru orders coming and leaving before me when I called in my order it gets me a little peeved furthermore my order was not even prepared yet at this point. I waited another 20 mins and finally my food was ready (only two breakfast plates.) Their ice machine was also completely out of ice - nice cherry on top of my sub par visit. Read moreI changed my rating because they keep giving old French fries or refried French fries for your order. Or if u get fresh fresh fries then huge chance that they will be half done.... This time I ordered 3 kids hamburger 🍔 meals only 2 with cheese I asked what comes on the burgers the guy said lettuce, tomatoe, and thousand dressing I said ok cool can you add pickles and grilled onions and only 1 with no cheese he said ok. Yeah I did not get that at all. I got 3 burgers with cheese with no lettuce, no tomatoe, no thousand dressing. Instead they added mustard, ketchup, and pickles. And was charged for a regular size meal and two kids meals when all three burgers were supposed to be Jr. Burgers. Read moreWhat yesterday 12/29/24 and got a family pack for my family then the next morning we all woke up with food poisoning. All four of us, including one was my nine year-old daughter. I kindly went back and asked to speak to the manager, the employee refused to get the manager and said hey I can help you and I was nice and calm and told them exactly what happened and told them I wanted my money back then he went to the manager and talked to the manager in a room, then came back and said the manager said unless I bring back the food I can’t get a refund which is convenient how am I supposed to bring back food? We ate and that’s how we figure out.
