Wendy's — Restaurant in Hemlock Township

This is the third time now that I have ordered grilled chicken and after waiting to get to the window told they don't have any made so it will be 10 minutes or I can get something else. Thought I'd give it another try since the last time my chicken was raw. This place is going down hill fast. The laziness should be unacceptable but apparently Wendy's corporate is fine with it.

**Update- stopped by tonight, went through the drive through, ordered a apple pecan salad the lady at the speaker said no problem $8.47 pull ahead. I get to the window and she says "we don't have any grilled chicken cooked do you want fried"? What in the world is wrong with this Wendy's?!?! I really do not understand the issue they have with the grilled chicken. I once again left without anything. I guess I wouldn't be as upset if they said they didn't cook grilled chicken at the speaker when I order rather then let me continue to wait in line and be told at the window they didn't cook any. This was the last try for me. I will never give the buckhorn location...

I have come here multiple times being that I’m staying about 5 mins away from here . Each time I come here I ask for my food to be made cooked to order . The lady manager is very nice and respectful but this man with glasses today was very short and rude along with the male workers at the counter . I was handed mildly warm nuggets that were hard and shriveled up and the chicken sandwich was as well . I walked back in to ask for my food freshly made and the guy at the counter told me “mam you could’ve kept that” now why the hell would I keep it if I asked for freshly made food . I was very calm and respectful about it but they all looked at me in disgust as in I was wrong for asking for my food to be cooked freshly . I am a travel RN here working and I have ran into many many not so color friendly people . It’s sad and sick because one day you may need me . I had to go out of town on an emergency trip. It was around 11:30 pm and nothing else was open. Upon pulling into the drive thru I was asked for my order. I said to give me a minute. The gentleman then responded with ok, let me know when you are ready. A minute or two later he comes back to the intercom and asks if I needed any help finding an item? I thought wow! Never do you have a person so nice and friendly. I said no thanks and began to order. Because I have Celiac's, I cannot have grains and dairy. So I ordered the baconator without bread and cheese. I pull around to the window and pay. I got my order and it was hot and in a container with lettuce wrapped. Such a simple and easy concept. Yet McDonald's and Burger King cannot accommodate this without problems and attitude. Great...
