My boyfriend and I went through and he got a gyro meal then asked for Arby’s sauce at the window, he got Horsey sauce in the bag instead and all his curly fries were just bits and pieces. They did that to him last time he went through. So we went around and he noted how pathetic his fries looked. She prominently got him a new fry which was pretty cool. I told her to put Arby’s sauce in the bag where she looked straight at me, replied “Arby’s sauce? Okay!” then turned, grabbed the bag of food, and immediately handed it to me saying have a nice day. I'm going to remain respectful as I leave my review. I went through your drive-thru and there is a huge pothole you cannot avoid at all. I let you know at the window and you said you know. I told you that you need to get it fixed. I could hear the one woman saying something to the effect Well, I will just go put my work clothes on right now and go out and fix it. Those were not the exact words, but pretty darn close.

See, I happen to value my vehicle and expect things like drive-thru areas to be maintained up to standards so my vehicle does not get damaged.

Took my 10yo son there on a Tues evening for a quick meal. Arby’s is usually a better fast food than, say, McD’s or others, but it was the service that prompted me to review them. My son wanted Arby’s as it’s one of his favorites if we do fast food and he wanted to “treat me” out with his gift card. Our cashier was Kyla and she was so sweet and pleasant with him. She showed him how to use the card, told him he picked great choices on his milkshake and cookie, and was generally friendly and positive.
