FOOD: 5 STARS SERVICE : 1 STAR Overall : 3 STARS
IF you don't want business then why own a pizza shop...what is the reasoning for leaving the phone off the hook and I know for %100 fact its off the hook not just busy with calls so you are avoiding business when you are not busy not only does this give a terrible image and reputation the lady on the phone makes you feel like you are a burden for placing an order or just calling her for that matter...only if your customer service was half as good as your...
Read moreCalled on a sunday to get pizza with a gift certificate that was given to us. Both numbers were not working so I took a drive to see of they were still in business. They had their phone off the hook. Their comment "it never stops ringing". Then I had 20 minutes till my pizza was done. Went to was my car, in the meantime my husband called and wanted an appetizer. Once again tried to call, numbers were not working. Went in before my pizza was ready so I could order 2 appetizers, once again their phone was off the hook. Told the lady I wanted to order appetizers, she rolled her eyes and I told her what I wanted and before I could tell her how many she walked away, so I yelled I would like 2 please. The lady just looked at me and I said well you walked away before i could tell you how many orders i wanted. Pizza was not baked right. We will never give them our...

The pizza tasted great, obviously being an eight cut, I didn't eat it all in one sitting. When I re-heated the pizza Saturday it tasted just as good as it did fresh! The guy who greeted me was courteous and fast in ringing me out. The only reason I couldn't go five stars is because the sticks seemed to lack any distinct flavor to them. Maybe it's just me and my Italian senses are starting to fail me.
Overall, a very pleasant experience, and I will plan on returning in the...
