Update we have ordered many times since this experience in Mother’s Day and every other experience has been amazing. The food is great, they are friendly and fast. The delivery drivers are really nice too. I’m guessing that fact that they are usually so good is why they were so backed up on Mother’s Day, just wish they could have been a little more helpful and out front about the extremely long wait that day.
I wish I could give zero stars. The first time we ordered it was absolutely great. Fast and delicious. Today, I ordered at 5PM when they opened. I was told 1 hour. It is now 7:25 and our food was JUST DELIVERED after 3 calls to the restaurant. My sons bedtime is now here and to top it all off it’s MOTHERS DAY! I understand things happen and get busy but every time we called they told us it would be minutes! Extremely frustrated...

Absolutely amazing. What else is there to say? ...... Well alot actually. We have been eating out in greensburg and having food delivered to our home for as long as i can remember living here, that being said this establishment is by FAR the best chinese food in greensburg. Hands Down. We have eaten it every other restaurant that serves Chinese "one of me and my wife's favorite types of foods" and there IS A DIFFERENCE between good Chinese food and OK Chinese food. The wonderful people at THE FORTUNE cookie understand this and it becomes very evident with every meal you have there. The service is spectacular, The family is friendly, the delivery is fast and always so hot you have to let it cool down before you eat it so you dont burn your mouth. We were hoping for a Chinese restaurant to deliver to us since we live kind of far from most places. One day we got a flyer in the mail, so we called to order. We were very impressed with both their food, the packaging that the food came in, and the quick service we received. Their prices are excellent also for the quality of food that they produce. I had never been there before so I don't know about previous management, but this was only a month ago and I couldn't say enough about how great our experience was then. We are pretty picky about food too and were not pleased with any other Chinese restaurant in Greensburg. Thanks for your great service!
