New staff. Slow service. Always good. Obviously Didn’t double my meat as requested and paid for on cheese steaks. Embarrassing because as slow as it was manager came out from office and asked what time it was and was surprised when I told him then complained to me that they get a rush right before closing time and that’s why they’re slow (which I never said anything) even though they were open for another 90 minutes. Then he went back into the office and told the two workers that they had to hurry up and start cleaning up. Next thing I do is look up the closing time on google maps and the first thing I see is a 1 star review with someone complaining about waiting 15 minutes with only three people in the store and there is the manager or his twin sitting in a customer chair in that picture. I was craving the Capriotti's cheesesteak and ordered through a delivery service. I ordered a large American Wagyu with sweet peppers. I got the large so I could have half for lunch and half for dinner - a treat I was really looking forward to. What was delivered was an overcooked (actually burnt in places) mess that had a smidge of cheese, no onions, no peppers, and mere slivers of mushrooms. I managed to eat just a quarter of this before I couldn't take the over abundance of pepper over dry meat anymore. Truly inedible. I threw the rest away. They got an extra star cuz the bread was good. Totally not worth the price and a complete waste of money. So disappointing. But hey, I got a $5 delivery credit - yay me. They lost a loyal customer...

I've watched this location slip into incompetence. From orders taking longer to missing ingredients, things just keep getting worse as the staff leaves and more new kids are brought in. I recently ordered an item that was no longer offered via the app, and while in the past I've received a call from this location asking what changes I would like to make to my order, this time they literally just sat there and did nothing until I came to pick up my order, which was of course not ready. When my replacement order was finally done, the bread was burned, something I've never seen happen before in over a year of ordering. It makes me sad that such (potentially) good food is now only obtainable via an incompetent team...
