Chuck E. Cheese — Restaurant in Henderson

I usually love this chuck e cheese but today I'm so mad I spent $140 here. Bought playtime 3 wrist bands max time 120 mins each, 5 drinks Wristband bracelets...We came to have fun and we ordered 2 large pizzas which are 15$ each.... Our pizza made so fast that was great. We sat down and ate my 3 kids only ate 1 slice each. So I went up and asked for a to go box, with covid I didn't want to leave my pizza out. So I put a whole pizza in a to go box, we went to go play. We came back and only 3 out of 5 of our drinks were thrown out and table was cleared of pizza pans, We went and told the manager your busser threw out 3 of our drinks he gave us new drinks.....we we're fine. Then we went to play again, we came back and forth from the table, we bought cotton candy my daughter ate some and left it in the table, we took a lot of pictures and I put it on top of my to go box thinking the busser would see the pictures and think, I see they are still here. We went to play and we came back to find the busser threw out all of our stuff again I mean EVERYTHING......... pictures, big box of pizza, drinks and cotton candy. We Went to telling the manager Like why did your busser throw out our stuff again. He laughed and said I'll replace it. He gave us a new cotton candy and drinks and told us he would give us a new pizza! We where fine, then he came out with the smallest personal pizza I've ever seen after I had bought 2 large pizzas and had a full one to go home with. I was so mad. Then when we were about to leave he told my husband did we throw out your stuff again laughing.....wth worst customer service I've ever seen. This busser needs to be retrained. When we asked her if she threw out our stuff she said, "I didn't do it" with an attitude. If you work at chuck E cheese you should be more friendly I've worked in customer service for years and know how it works. Without the manager Robby & the party host Miley my daughter’s fun, enjoyable, and very special party day wouldn’t have been as spectacular. I am so grateful for these two’s exceptional service. & note worthy as well is Julissa on the prize counter & Robyn as well with the Balloon rescue.

The negatives our “dedicated” party host Malaya was more scattered and lacking in celebration cohesiveness. & things had to be rectified or redone because of her lack of ability or knowledge in giving us what we paid for. And I accidentally left my birthday banner & there was no forethought from the manager that replaced Robby or the staff that stayed on to keep it as it was a specialized banner. So having the courtesy of common sense in customer service to not throw it away. And use the contact info I booked to alert me that they had it. Or to not have thrown it away. & have saved it for my inevitable call that I realized it was missing. Would have been a step above and beyond. K just good customer service. Like what was lacking from the party. That I noticed. Like my daughter not getting her Chuck E. Cheese to sing happy birthday to her until after the fact of bringing up why that didn’t happen, or the fact we had to tel our party host, hey they didn’t do her birthday show, and she acted like she had to double check because she clearly didn’t know what we paid for. And the fact we had to ask when the party was over for her and our guests to get their birthday hats. And for the double ticket blaster experience. All of that took quite a long time to gather together. And the only reason I gave 5 stars is because of the manager Robby. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Amazing Birthday Experience – Twice in a Row!

We just celebrated my son’s third birthday at the Chuck E. Cheese located at 1521 W Sunset Rd, Henderson, NV 89014 on June 20th, and it was absolutely amazing! We had also hosted my daughter’s birthday here in March, so we already knew what to expect — but this team somehow managed to exceed expectations again.

From setup, to the Birthday Star celebration, to cleanup and closing — everything was on point. Even though they seemed a bit short-staffed for a Friday, the service never skipped a beat. The team handled everything with energy, professionalism, and genuine care.

Special thanks to: Mr. Robert – always welcoming and made sure everything was in order.

Mr. Calvin – our incredible party host who kept the party running smoothly and made sure our son felt extra special. Mr. Calvin is often the manager on shift when we're there and he's always a great host. He makes every family feel like the star when they walk in with the effort he makes to connect with every family/person that walks thru the door.

Kiara and Moses – friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond. We see Kiara and Moses often too. Always pleasant.

And of course, Chuck E. Cheese himself – the star of the show who made the kids' day!

We were slightly let down that Jaye couldn’t make it this time, but we appreciated the thoughtful birthday wishes sent via text. That personal touch really meant a lot!
