I've rated this location a "2" for a few reasons.

First, I'd like to say that they did their best on Father's Day!

Initially, it started by me calling in asking about reservations. The first individual I spoke to was a hostess named Erin. I called asking what the wait time was and that it'd be a fairly large party. She said about an hour wait. I said to her that I would call back to confirm with the party first. She said, "Alright, sounds good." (I don't like confirming somewhere and being one of those who just don't show up. I used to work in the industry, and let me tell you, it's annoying. )

Confirmed, called back, and I got another girl on the line. I told her I was calling back to confirm, simply said to me, "OH, we don't do that. You have to come in and put yourself on the wait list." I explained to her that I spoke to Erin and what she initially detailed to me. Instead of continuing to talk to me, she places Erin back on the line without explaining she was going to do that. Erin remembered me from the previous call and said that she "Yeah we can't take reservations. You have to come in person and place yourself on a waitlist. Not only at this point, she isn't acknowledging her faults and nor apologizing, but I asked for a supervisor. Not upset in any shape or form, just simply wanted to inform their manager or supervisor of the communication level her team is on and to have it corrected for future reference. I was placed on hold for about 10 seconds, and I was suddenly hung up on. I called back again, and the line was picked up, then hung up again.

I called one more time and spoke to a supervisor or manager, Toni (if I heard that right). She listened, she apologized, and she acknowledged that it would be corrected, and I simply allowed us on as reservations. She warned us a max 1hr to 1:15min wait. I appreciated that.

We got in and got to our table when rotation permitted. Dulce was our waitress. She introduced herself, asked if we had any questions about the menu, took our drink orders, gave us a few minutes to look at the menu, and took our food order.

Orange juice was empty, waters empty, no refills given, no idea as to when our food was going to arrive. She had walked past us multiple times and even looked directly at me several times. Nothing. Little sister was about to cry because she was hungry, and mother and aunt were getting upset. An hour and 5 minutes later, 2 plates arrive at the table. 5 minutes after 4 plates arrived and 2 minutes after last one for my little sister arrived. Dulce finally showed her face and asked us, "Do you guys need anything else?"

Again, I get it. It was Father's Day, the kitchen was obviously behind, and tables around us were obviously waiting for food, too.

Coming from previous experience in a casual fine dining restaurant the best thing to do is refills, acknowledge to your customers that the kitchen is behind on food, offer bread, offer something especially with families with kids starving. Apologies go a long way. There are people who fully understand and can obviously see the atmosphere but still willing to give hope to an experience. There was a big lack of service and communication. I've dined here a few times, and this was by far the most horrific experience.

Moving forward, just do better. Grow...

I could not believe the horrible service and lack of respect my family experienced at this location on Sunday, November 14th. We came in on a Sunday after church. Yes, we knew it would be a wait and were okay with it. It was a short wait only 15-20 minutes to seat our party of 4.

We were seated and Rameses our server came and greeted us. A little cool but not mean or anything just nonchalant. He asked us if we had ever dined there before to which we said no. He said the portions were big and left us the menus. When he came back we asked for waters while we decided on what drinks to order.

Now we were deciding on a mimosa and he looks at us and clear as day says, "Can you hurry up I have other tables to go check on?" We all are sitting there staring at him slack jawed and bewildered. Did he really just say that OUT LOUD? Yes, he did. We decided not to order any other drink besides the waters. We ordered our food and proceed to be ignored by our server the rest of the meal. Our food was brought out by a wonderful nice woman. We asked her if she could bring us a manager.

Darren shows up and we proceed to tell him everything that happened. He apologized profusely and said he would speak with the server. After we enjoyed what we could of our meal. We were not about to leave and have to wait longer at another place. Rameses came and checked on us once and my husband asked for a Dr. Pepper which never came.

Now lets talk the food. My husband ordered the Chorizo Hash, my niece got a grilled cheese, my cousin the Chiliquiles, and I got the spinach scramble. The food was AMAZING!!! I absolutely loved the biscuits and strawberry jam. I will definitely try the service at a different location because the food was great.

So my meal was great I'm not a fan of ham but I subbed the ham for bacon and it was great. I normally dislike chorizo but this one was actually very good. The grilled cheese was huge. Our only complaint with the food was the chiliqiles. They were more like nachos as we all come from a hispanic households and are used to this staple it was no where near authentic. There was very little sauce and we ended up sending it back. Other than that the food was great.

Darren gave us a 25% discount for our trouble but I don't feel that was enough. I feel we should have been given a new server as well. Rameses was rude and curt the whole time which put a damper on everyone's mood. We will not visit this...

THERE'S SO MANY FRIENDLY AMAZING PEOPLE HERE TRYING TO REMEMBER THEM ALL, BUT HERE'S A FEW! NOW THE FOOD WAS INCREDIBLE! HUGE PORTION SIZES OF COURSE! FOOD WAS HOT AND FRESH! MY SON GOT THE KIWI WATERMELON LEMONADE AND LOVED IT! IT WAS REFRESHING AND DELIGHTFUL ON THIS HOT DAY! ANY LOCAL IN THE AREA YOU SHOULD MAKE THIS PLACE YOUR REGULAR GO TO SPOT! I JUST MOVED BACK TO VEGAS AND THIS IS OUR SPOT! THANK YOU FOR THE CONSTANT AND CONSISTENT AMAZING EXPERIENCES EVERYTIME WE COME!
