My family was trying to celebrate our dad turning 73 yesterday by ordering from his favorite restaurant. We did a pick up order, so already had some expectations that it wasn't going to be as good as if we sat down and enjoyed it there; that's just how it is and that's ok to ensure we are keeping people safe during this pandemic. We asked for our dad's steak to be butterflied so he can have an easier time chewing (he just completed radiation therapy on his throat), and confirmed it was on the pick up ticket and sadly it wasn't done to his steak. My husband ordered the steak and chicken combo and through the middle of his entire steak was a poorly cut piece of meat that was filled with grisel. I ordered the shrimp fettuccine alfredo, and I wish there was a warning that "robust flavor" means way too much pepper and spices that take away the natural creaminess and garlic flavors alfredo sauce should have. It was a disappointment that things happened on a take out order, because nothing can be addressed by it. We are just chalking this up as spending over $100 on food that can easily wait now until the pandemic significantly calms down to where we feel comfortable eating inside a restaurant.

We have never had an issue going into the restaurant and enjoying the food. I know that this pandemic has made it difficult for food industries to maintain quality products. We will just have a redo birthday celebration with grilling steaks at home. Hopefully next year it will be...

I was a regular shopper at this store. But This was the 3rd time I have been treated Rude by the manager, or had to come back to the store because the checker left something out of my order. Yesterday I came shopping with my daughter, we went thru the self check out, their was no one In that area except us, the employee who was working that area was talking to a lady We bought cases of beer and a bottle of Rum for a celebration gathering on Monday memorial day, the gentleman who was working that area. Was so involved talking That we had to wait 3 times for him to come over to help us.when we got home we Unpacked our bags. And found that the Security tag was still on the bottle of Rum, I called and talked to Doug who was in charge at that time. He was very nice and Told me to come back and they would take care of it. He was so sorry. And he would Make it right, I had to wait until this afternoon to go back, I asked for the manager, and I was sent to a woman, who I told what happened,she was not nice and Did not even apologize for what happened She was rude, making excuses for the bad service and the young man who was suppose to be working ANDY was not.and I will never shop at Smith Supermarkets again, and I am sure my Family will not either, I worked 30 years for von,s in Calif, and I Am sure you are not aware of the way some of your employees are doing their job. We went to Ulta, so my review will be for them. I love this store!! I've been coming here for many years to get all of my beauty products. The employee's here are always very nice and courteous. Within a few mins upon entering the store, an employee will come over and ask us if we're doing okay or if we're finding everything okay. I like that! That's how a retail service should be. My daughter and I went there last week to find her some foundation, powder, and concealer from Tarte. She is very light skinned and it's always hard to find the correct color for her face. He asked if we needed help and I said yes that we dont know which color matches her skin color. This guy looks at her and knew exactly which color she needed! Just like that! Jumps in and grabs the foundation, powder, and concealer in two seconds flat. I was amazed! And she is in heaven b/c it's an exact match to her skin! She has been so happy all week long with her new makeup too. I wish I would have gotten your name so that I could give you the proper compliment that you deserve, but I didn't and that's my fault.
