Every time you go to this OfficeMax there is an issue either their printer is not working or their rude with no customer service. I went to this OfficeMax trying to print out a booklet because this location is closer to my home. First he say this I’m not one to leave nasty reviews but they are overdue because for a whole year I have been going here having to turn around because they are unable to assist me.
I was in line and they walked over to another man who was sitting down and asked him how could they help him and he was waiting with another guy. That was strange and I’m standing right in the line visible. Then all I wanted was 12 pieces of paper printed out and a hard copy of another paper to create a booklet.
There was one lady behind me no line at all, and the lady looked at me and said this will be ready tomorrow. I said well the other location did it right then and there and she replied back and said with lines and people waiting we have to have you pick it up tomorrow? There was no line only one woman behind me and when I go to OfficeMax other people are getting things printed and they never tell them to come back the next day. They have one job to do and if the line is wrapped around the corner that’s a irrelevant if a person is paying money to have a service done? They seem to not want to work there and always deny you of service they will be out of business if they keep denying customers. I have went to OfficeMax and have watch people print out tons of papers and I have to wait for them to be done I’ve never seen a representative till any client come back tomorrow because the line is long. If anything they will call for back up for someone to help them. However in my case there was not even a line and I will investigate this because I’m hoping this office max is not discriminating against...
Read moreI've never experienced an establishment with such low standards for customer satisfaction. I recommend everyone go to a place with good service. When I arrived at this facility the manager (nikki) was helping one person and the sales accociate was helping some guys. I did not receive a greeting or smile. Just a glance. I did not get the sales associates name (because she was not wearing a name tag), but she had black, very frizzy, curly hair. I was happy to see that there was no line, so I would be helped promptly. Once Nikki was done helping the guest she walked away. I waited about 10-15 minutes because the sales accociate was flirting with the boys. I started to get irritated by such bad customer service. When she was finally talking to the boys, she called me forward. I had already sent what I wanted printed to their email. She looked at it at said that they couldn't print it out. I had a friend make me some eyeballs as decoration for my daughter's birthday. She said that they resembled a cartoon character. I asked to speak to a manager. Nikki came over and repeated the same thing. I let her know that it had no trade mark sign, they were homemade, and sent to me. They were just eyeballs! She just said that they could get sued. Like that would happen. They were inherently just trying to be difficult. I debated whether to further discuss this with her, but decided to leave. It was clear that no one there was trying to actually help anyone. I've never experienced an establishment with such low standards for customer satisfaction. Save your time and energy and go somewhere, anywhere else, with...
Read moreCame into the store on a Sunday, 3/20 at 10am to get 100 funeral programs printed for my Dad's funeral on Tuesday, 3/22. I had tried using the online service first, but I was lost because I did not know the differences in the types of paper to use. Sharlene, the Print Manager was working at the time and printed out samples of the program on two different types of paper so that I could choose what I liked best. Then, she told me to place the order online so that I could get a discount. I was having a hard time placing the order on my phone, so I told her I would try it at home. She gave me her card and told me to call her as soon as I got the order in so that she could start to work on it. I ended up spending the next 20 minutes in my car placing the order because I was on a time crunch. I called the number on Sharlene's card and let her know that the order was in and then I headed off to run some errands. Sharlene called me back at noon to tell me that the order was complete! I was so grateful. She had everything nicely bagged on the online pickup rack, including my flash drive that I forgot to get after she printed the samples, and, she also included a note of condolence for my Dad. I was so blessed and relieved to have these beautiful programs done well in advance of the funeral. She really made my day. In the days that we live in now, customer service is very hard to come by. I really appreciate Sharlene for all of her help. She is the reason why I would recommend anyone needing a print job see her. Please continue hiring quality...
