My family and I have come to this specific location for years and we’ve always loved the guy who takes the orders but today I had a very different experience. I went in and he was as happy as he normally is so I said hey and gave him a big smile and he didn’t care for it so I just ordered my food. I paid and didn’t pay attention to the price because what we always get and when my food was ready he put it on the counter and didn’t say anything and had a headphone in and was scrolling on his phone. I told him to have a good day and got no response. When I got home I realized that my order was wrong so I went back and when I told him the order was wrong he got upset and told me it was my fault and I should’ve known by the price that it was wrong. So I told him I didn’t know what his problem was but not to remake my food and just give me my money back and he told me that I was selfish for not even letting my girlfriend eat her food and I told him that we didn’t want to eat at a place with poor service. He proceeded to keep telling me it was my fault which I told him I didn’t care whose fault it was I just wanted the right food and I was willing to pay the difference. He took a photos of us because he was upset that I asked for my money back. He said maybe if you weren’t so in love you would have ordered the right food and I told him that he went even with me when i originally ordered my food and that my relationship was none of his business. Their carne asada nachos, carne asada fries, shrimp ceviche....all are fantastic! I have been going here since this place opened. It's a great place, the people are nice, it's authentic. I appreciate the owner recognizing me even after a dry spell (I no longer work close to here so I don't come as often as I'd like anymore).

Let me tell you about the super nachos w/carne asada. The chips are hot and super crispy. That's pretty much the best start to nachos that you can have. And it only gets better from there. The final touch after all the fixings is cotija cheese. That's AFTER they lay down cheddar, carne asada, pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream...This is going to make you full. And if it doesn't, do the manly man challenge: Get a loaded super nachos with carne asada and an order of shrimp ceviche.

They have orange crush which is great. It's the only acceptable Pepsi product. If they moved to Coke, I think they'd see an immense uptick in business (I jest).

I came here to dine in for a bite to eat after being at the DMV. I order 3 rolled tacos and Jamica. I just asked if the rolled tacos were beef and the cashier started to get an attitude…and food came out extremely quick. I mean the place wasn’t crowded but when I say I just ordered and it just came out! The rolled tacos were not tasty all! Like they didn’t even season the chicken and just made the tacos get a little hot and just served it to me. The food was very BLAND! It was so bad I didn’t even finish one FULL rolled taco! I will NOT be returning. I literally only liked the drink and the drink had no ice at that. They just put in the cup and said here! Didn’t receive a full refund and they were very rude about refunding as well! Once I started saying I didn’t like the service, they just gave me $6 like here! I didn’t even get all the money I was supposed to get back and I got tired of arguing with the staff and them acting like they don’t understand. Again not even trying to solve the problem or solve the customer’s issue! They didn’t offer to remake my food or anything! So...
