Recently opened (3 weeks as of this posting) Krazy Bao, a "modern Japanese" restaurant, creates "Bao" using traditional sushi ingredients. A Bao is usually a steamed bun with a savory or sweet filling. Krazy bao flips, this concept, with great execution. My grilled eel tasted perfect with just enough rice to accompany it, and the tuna was fresh.
With their 2 bao combo meal is included a unique side dish. Which is best described as shoe string fried onions or a shredded blooming onion. Very crispy and well seasoned that is paired with a traditional tempura sauce as well as some spicy Japanese mayo.

I went online as most of us do and that picture just glowed. I knew it was a must try at that point. I mean who doesn't love a good Bao
Upon entering was quickly greeted. You use the kiosk, order, pay and everything is brought out to you.
Opted for that Veggie Bao of course and their curry plate. Now I will admit I came in for the Bao but that curry plate stole the show.
Interior has several table and chair arrangements. Music was playing in the background. Everything was very clean
