Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Henderson

I ordered xtra cheese and meatballs. The meatballs were tiny and maybe 7-10 on each pizza, the extra ranch which I paid for ( they gave two free ) was watery and far worse than Wendy’s or McDonald’s, they delivery person barely nodded a thank you. Nothing verbal and I above average percentage wise, when I called and complained and asked for the manager ( Ashley) was her name I believe, she was not polite, said I ordered from this number and address before problem is I just moved here and my name is the same as the pizza places, I think I would’ve remembered, I would’ve gotten a better pizza, Better ranch , more beef, better service and less expensive from my closest dominos, sad to say, the add said 1 large one topping pizza is 15.99 so I paid approximately $6 for xtra cheese that wasn’t that extra,, will never use again and suggest none of you do either,,and the manager Ashley instead of being conciliatory as a manager in the hospitality business should be was...

We love Marcos but this location has no sense of customer service. We ordered online for pickup. Arrive a few minutes before our food is supposed to be done. Food not ready. No big deal as we can see they are busy. 10 minutes go by and nothing. 20 minutes go by and still nothing. At 25 minutes, after several people come after us and get their orders no problem, someone asks what order we are waiting for. We give our name and they’re still working on our order. 10 minutes after that we get our order but it’s missing the ranch and garlic cup we ordered. We tried to get someone’s attention but all the workers are too busy running around to notice. We finally get our cups and leave. At home, we notice that the boneless wings we order are very light on the buffalo sauce and are cold in the middle. We waited this long for cold food? At least the pizza was nice and hot.

If you like being ignored while waiting for cold food this is the place for you. We most likely...

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

THE OWNER DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO TRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEES IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!

When I entered Marco's Pizza on Stephanie, I went up to the counter. It was around 6:00 PM and I understand it is dinner time and busy. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes without any employee acknowledging me or coming up to the counter. Nothing was said to me like "We'll be right with you" or "Are you picking up an order?"...NOTHING! When a customer behind me got their order before anything, I finally said something. What really PISSED ME OFF was, when one of the employees YELLED at me in-front of other customers who were also waiting in line behind me, by saying to me, "You should have said something instead of just standing there! We are very busy!"

As you can see, I'm not pleased...
