Panda Express — Restaurant in Henderson

Ate their for the LAST time May 23rd 2024. Must be new employees cause last 3 times terrible but Thursday was OUR FINAL TIME. 1st off my wife always gets the chow mein, this time is was Luke warm and had big chunks of cabbage and my orange chicken was COLD. I went back to ask about it and the Employees ( 2 were working) said nothing we can do it's pre packaged chow mein so that's what we have. Weird cause our Boulder city location NEVER looks like that and to FINALIZE my adventure. I was up ALL night sick going to the bathroom. I can only guess that my COLD chicken wasn't cooked or? Trust me I know when I'm sick from food ITS rare but hapoens we eat out pretty much everyday... PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE. Eat at sunsets restaurants or Subway they are OK. STAY AWAY...

First time eating at this establishment. Only person in line at the time of order and it took 32 minutes to get food. Ordered two entree plate Kung Pao chicken and broccoli beef with 1/2 chowmein and 1/2 steamed rice. Received a handful of noodles, and 80% fried rice. Broccoli beef was all broccoli and one piece of beef -- it was hot, unlike the rice & Kung Pao that sat for 32 minutes and were ice cold. They should be ashamed to serve something that awful. This location is really bad. I wonder if serving something that has been sitting on the counter for 30+ minutes conforms to safe good handling requirements of the Clark County Health District. Believe the other bad reviews about this location and find somewhere else to spend your money. Your stomach...

Robert is rude & needs to be fired, flat out. I stood in line for 15mins while he filled “online orders”. The cook in the back was standing around doing nothing. None of the food up front was fresh nor did they greet the 3 people who were in line. I asked Robert “why they didn’t have any food out ready or fresh so people didn’t have to wait like I did” & this guy said “well u can go somewhere else, we don’t need your business”!!
