So at the drive-thru menu I was greeted by a sing-songey voice saying âHappy Halloween, what can we make fresh for you?" and I replied Happy Halloween back and began starting my order asking questions about the grilled cheese burrito combo. When I pulled up to the drive-thru window there was an older white woman with black hair dressed up as an angel waiting there. I assumed that she was probably the one who was talking to me earlier and I complimented her costume saying âWow, youâre an angel- thatâs so cool!â. She proceeded to purse up her lips, acted like she couldnât see me and wouldnât speak to me when I tried to greet her. She just held out her hand to take my card for payment while acting like that. The whole exchange was very awkward, unprofessional and it personally felt racist. She was just being so friendly and talkative at the drive-thru menu and pretty much gave me the cold shoulder when she saw me at the window. Now we donât personally know each other and I donât go out of my way to be rude to fast-food workers so it was surprising to get that reaction unprovoked especially after giving a compliment of all things... that was the first time I got treated like that here because the employees are usually friendly. Faith, you need retraining because you don't work in the customer service industry and treat people like that.    Read moreThere was a technical problem reading my gift card. The cashier, Brooke, handled it quickly and in a most professional manner. She was friendly and convivial throughout despite it being just after or during the end of lunch rush. I asked for her name to be able to send a compliment either to a supervisor or through the website. As I'm staring (blurrily) at turning 50 next month, I couldn't find the 16 digit number first requested on this site. I went back to the counter but Brooke was busy with another customer. Luckily, another team member, Karen, was there and when asked, she answered all my questions about the numbers, the survey, and how best to ensure that credit is given where deserved. Karen was also professional and friendly not just to me, but also to a little boy who came up to her while she was eating on her lunch break. And although it deserves more than just a side note, when I asked Karen a question while she was eating for lunch, she had the good manners to cover her mouth with your hand in the afternoon before answering. It seems like a little thing, but it's a little thing rarely seen anymore. I have not eaten at this taco Bell before, nor at Taco Bell in general near as often as I used to just a few years ago. But because of Brooke, Karen, and the overall atmosphere created by all the team members here, I shall be sure to return...
   Read moreDrive thru experience.... Customer service was awesome they were extremely polite. They were following COVID-19 protocol as far as I could tell . I could see in through the window that they were all masked and gloved. Great job!!! BUT..... I ordered my items with no sauce and I also asked for a soft taco instead of crunchy taco. So basically other than the drink the entire order was completely wrong... You would think since they started charging so much for their food that it would at least be the way you want it. This is not the first Taco Bell that has completely ignored my food request. I am quite sure it wonât be the last. But just maybe the management might care enough to read this review and start cracking down on all of her lackluster employees. At The very least teach them to listen to their customers rather than just taking their orders and pushing them out.
12/17/2021 this location lobby was labeled open @ 10am I arrive 10:30 maybe a little later locked out . My truck too big for drive through⌠guess I donât get Taco Bell ⌠I called location got it to ring a few times then went to busy signal . No explanation given as to why they were closed .
