PT's Gold — Restaurant in Henderson

I must say I am a frequent visitor to many different PT's taverns around the valley. I have been served many items from chicken fingers to burgers and I have also played on the machines for hours on end. When I went to this location, this is the first time I encountered any kind of issues. The bartenders at first we're very welcoming but then after ordering my food which occurred at about 8:15 p.m. while I was playing on a Keno machine for nearly an hour and a half, I was never served food and the bartenders charged me for my drinks! I played over $50 on the machine and cashed out at $10. As I was leaving the bartender yelled across the bar hey you have a tab, the tab was for $11 meaning $1 is the difference remember I was never served food although I waited very patiently for over an hour and 15 minutes. Customer service is a must but in this place it's a must not, I'm not sure what happened. I was very quiet never asked or got loud or got pushy or anything like that, I was just never served food which was the main reason why I went. I visit many other locations in Vegas and have never been treated like this I will never return to Henderson PT's ever again thank you for not...

Pretty mediocre for a PTs. True rewards has been reduced to about 1:2 (bet $2 to get 1 reward point) which is the lowest I've seen anywhere over the last year. Food and rewards have both drastically declined since I was a regular at PTs about 4 years ago. The swing shift bartenders seem to spend more time talking to each other and doing stuff on the computers than checking on patrons at the bar. I understand things get busy, especially during shift change, but to have to wait 20 minutes with an empty beer before someone even walks by and have to get their attention myself to get another one myself is pretty ridiculous. I've been to plenty of PTs over the years and this one is almost the worst service I've seen at one, ever. Day shift bartenders are great, so if you go, I recommend going during the day if you can. First. This used to be my favorite location. Based on distance and service and also menu. Last night I ordered wings and paid 15$ for “10 wings with fries” I only got six with undercook without the sauce I asked for and soggy old fries. Also the gentle man who gave me the food was really nice but the girl I spoke to on the phone when I ordered was rude as hell. Yea I get there are other people at the but you can ask me nicely to hold instead of telling me “ you’re going to have to wait though” before setting the phone down for about 45 seconds and yelling at someone to take my phone order. I feel like Pts is going under with this menu. I remember I used to pay like 17$ for a nice helping of saucy wings and fries and now I bet you could get better else where...
