I went to Taco Bell for a large grilled cheese borito meal, with a strawberry cream freeze. While placing my order the attendant was laughing, and talking with someone else, I asume it was a coworker because no one was at the window. When I finally placed my order and got to the window, I tried handing a gift card to the window attendant, and they said they couldnt take it. On top of that, when I got my drink it was 3/4 full and had no cream in the CREAM freeze. When I tried to ask for the rest of the drink I paied for the attendant wouldn't even turn arround. At home I then went to take a bite of my food and it was cold, like it wasnt even cooked, and there wasnt any sauce in the bag. I didn't know that a place could decline their own gift card that is already paid for, and has funds. Also, the experience with the attendant was completely disrespectful. Read moreI don't want to be unfair to the owner or operator of the restaurant, however, I did have a problem with my order. A relatively new employee was not familiar with the pricing. In all fairness to the employee she was trying to resolve the pricing for my unusual order. I asked for all meat, cheese and red sauce burritos. She over charged me and wanted to over charged me for the second one. The shift manager caught the mistake and rectify the error. I was very grateful. When I received my food the burrito was cold but contains was warm. I had enough and did not complain to the manager because of the treatment I had received in the beginning. I just sucked it up and left. Regardless of the age of the server,the frontline staff set the tone for the customer dining experience and should be well verse in pricing...

This is a one star review for the general manager of this store who, for the past several months have FAILED to sufficiently staff the restaurant. The lines are ONLY long when I notice they are working on bare bones staff. It’s highly unprofessional from a manager perspective being SO neglectful of your location to the point where your lobby is almost always closed during posted business hours, and send all curbside and in store pick up orders through the already ridiculously long line.
