Ceiling was leaking, charcuterie was mid if u tell them you aren't drinking they will bring you a glass and fill it anyways apparently. Watched some lady being obnoxious/annoying that should have been cut off or asked to leave by the bartender 20 minutes prior have the entire bar conspire a fabricated story on this patron to justify one of the regulars beating her up. Any other service worker worth their salt would have been able to handle this situation before it got out of hand but instead they all just stood by watched and then celebrated what happened. They told the gentleman and lady the assaulted woman was with the cameras just happened to be down but I heard someone that worked there say otherwise. Who knows whats is true with how poorly everything seems to be handled in this place but after what I saw happen I couldn't recommend this as a fun or even safe place to be with the lack of accountability of the staff, building issues they won't fix, no surveilance for anyones safety, even the front door is on wrong. One emergency situation and the whole place is cooked. Usually drinks with acceptably mid cheese selection in a good atmosphere will get you far as a wine bar but this place doesn't feel safe for anyone. After 2 visits here I have...
Read moreBartender was not wearing a mask at all during the entire duration of my time spent here. When asked why he isnât wearing one he said he âforgetsâ. How can you forget to wear a mask when everyone coming into your establishment is wearing one? Also covid has been a thing for almost a year now. As a fellow bartender Iâm disgusted by this selfish behavior. Youâre touching everything from garnish to glass and we are in the middle of a pandemic. If you donât want to simply wear a mask while working , then simply do not work. Take your politics out of public health and doing your job. He put his mask on briefly when I called him out, but as soon as I left he took it back off.    Read moreBeen to this wine bar 4 times. Every visit has been a disappointment.
On our most recent visit, we sat ourselves at the bar, among the 5-6 empty seats, figuring we could grab a drink. It wasn't particularly busy at ~4pm on a Friday. We were never acknowledged in the 15+ minutes we were there. Even if there were a backlog of orders and/or drinks a simple check-in would have been sufficient - "be with you in just a few moments."
My wife and I decided to leave. It was only then, as we were leaving, that we got any attention from the bartender.
The wine offering may be above average, but the service is far below par. Not sure if we'll give this place another chance. There are plenty of...
