Service and food are usually great at this location but the last few times I've went to pick up food it hasn't been. I always go inside because the drive thru is to much of a tight fit with the way the curb wraps around at the speaker box. Problem with going inside is it seems like the employees focus more on the drive thru than the people waiting inside to order. I stood in line for at least 10 minutes waiting to just place my order. Would of been longer if the guys in front of me hadn't of gave up and left. After ordering I waited another at least 30 minutes for my order while the drive thru was getting theirs one after the other. As for the food. I ordered a smoke house brisket meal and the sandwich looked like a slider size sandwich. My 10 year old eats bigger sandwiches than that. It was dry, 2 small slices of meat, a few pieces of the crispy onions and and small squirt of sauce and cheese stuck everywhere in the box but the sandwich. It is false advertising to show that sandwich that big on the menu and get the tiny one i got. To charge 12 dollars for it is absurd. My Jalapeno bites were short by 2 and I paid for a large. The wife and daughters food was fine as...
Read moreThe young man working the front counter was wonderful. He was friendly and welcoming, even there was an issue with our order that needed to be corrected. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name. I DID catch the name if the manager/supervisor/shift lead.......her name was Barbara C. And I mention that bc tonight marked the SECOND occasion I've had the "pleasure" of being a dine-in patron and she was working. Tonight was exactly the same as the last experience I witnessed involving her. She yells at the team members like some sort of drill sergeant. Speaking to them in the most condescending tones and phrases. Tonight she even stated to the sweet young man working the front "if my fries ain't ready I'm gonna strangle somebody!" As a mother of a child who is of age to work in the fast food industry, if I EVER heard someone speak to my child in such a manor I would lose my mind. I'm not sure where Larry M.(manager) went but this location was MUCH better when he was present and running things. Do better,BARBARA! Arby's location: 4 Seasons Blvd...
Read moreLooked like 3 people tops working there tonight, which isn't the employee's fault, but they didn't close the lid on my aus-ju sauce so it got everywhere and puddled in the plastic bag they gave me. It was a mess. Also mozzarella sticks weren't cooked through well enough.
I feel bad to be a fast food employee these days; underpaid, understaffed, overworked. This rating is a reflection of these corporations not doing right by their employees and thus not right by the customer. Pay people an actual wage and they might just have enough people to cover everything and then can be more assured that lids are properly on the products.
You rarely ever spend less than $12 on meal at Arby's, same when you go to Chick-fil-A, except at Chic-fil-A they pay people enough to actually want to work for them, and thus have better customer service, better serving times, etc. I'm having a hard time seeing how you can't pay people well enough to want to work for you at those prices, Arby's, when we know it can be...
