Adam helped us with detailed information about the different construction techniques and the mattress styles available. We tested the different styles while we were in the store and I decided to do some further research on our favorites from home that evening. I found the information on the internet difficult to sift through with more hype and sales pitch then fact. We went back in to the store where the remaining questions I had were answered by Adam in an easy to understand way. We made our purchase on a Friday and to my surprise the mattress set was delivered the next business day. Outstanding service at a cost less than I was able to find anywhere else on a comperable set. I am more than satisfied with Mattress Man in Hendersonville. Adam welcomed me into the store and listened carefully to my needs. That’s so refreshing! He suggested several mattresses he thought might be a good “fit.” We arranged a day for the mattress to be delivered, and he explained that the delivery person would call me the day before to tell me a 30-min window of when he/she’d be there. Plus, they will take my mattress and give it to an organization supporting the homeless. How great is that!! Also, if I sleep on the mattress a week or so and it turns out to be too soft, I can trade it out for a more firm one just like it. Pricing was reasonable. Went mattress shopping and hit a discount store first. While heading to the next place, we stumbled across Mattress Man and stopped to see what they had. Their staff was fantastic, the store was very clean and well-stocked. They knew their products very well and helped us compare features according to our needs. They were professional in their demeanor and not at all pushy. We had unusual delivery requests that they were happy to accommodate.
