The manager name was drew he was prejudice and had an attitude. I told him that the chicken wing was small he said i don't grow or make the chicken. I am black and I was with my Muslim niece. I will never dine there again. The fries were cold and I was trying to tell him that but he just said here is your 2 dollars because you decided you didn't want the meal you got it came with a drink also did you get the drink? My niece offered to go and get the drink we left it in the car rushing to go back into the store to return the food. I did not drink it but he said did you drink out of it? We said no he said keep it. I know most fast food places like McDonald's for instance would first say i am sorry and say would you like something else he was just nasty and rude. I had no idea he was the manager until my niece got back in line and asked to speak to the manager he is without a doubt in the wrong position. I could have gone to Bojangles right across the street but the line was very long there is a reason for that the food is better and there was no line at KFC wonder why? You havd lost a customer and i will make sure that all my friends know about this location and Drew the manager with no manners or customer service qualities. Read moreWe have been staunch supporters of this KFC. Love their sandwich, nuggets, tea -- all of it. BUT today, we ordered on the app for us to pickup, as we normally do. Very efficient. Went in to pick it up. Was told it was not ready, as they looked at a group of tickets stuck on the front wall. Hmmm, odd. Ordered a while ago. So we waited. And waited. And waited. I watched as they took new orders, inside and at drive thru, and fulfill them!! Wow! I asked several times about our order, was told they were working on it. Sandwich and nuggets. Finally, young man gave me the tea from the order. Still waiting. Young man had a quiet talk with the manager - she said oh well. Yelled out to me I'd just have to wait when I asked again. DoorDash people also waiting said they do that - not fill any DoorDash or mobile orders until there is no one in drive thru or at counter, regardless of when it was ordered - particularly the manager on duty Sunday evening. Great. So after I was told that, they scurried over and grabbed food - already made and waiting!!!- threw it in a bag, and gave it to me. Had been ready all that time. Read moreSomething was wrong with a Gift Card I received after surgery so I didn't have to fix the family dinner one night. Something was wrong with the card reader. Even though the card was purchased from his restaurant the manager was too damn busy cleaning the walk in to look into the matter,. He approached me with the biggest scowl I've ever seen for someone in restaurant management. He half heartedly tried to run the card then handed it back said call number on back. He turned around and walked away. Since I've been home I called the number on the back only to find out that wasn't customer service but some card sales center, and I've been on hold 20 minutes with the number the old number transferred me to. I would avoid this location at all cost, I've never had as bad of an experience as today at KFC.
