The team is very good. I give them a 5 even though they do things they should not do. Although theyâve made my really simple drink wrong, itâs because they were working too hard. (âfolks I do not want you working too hard. I promise all it is a doppio espresso in a short cup and a venti cup of ice.â) Anyone else feel like baristas get walked all over? I donât usually give out 5s unless I work there, but I feel rather protective of this little Starbucks that sends you on your way to Asheville or invites you back to Hendersonville. These folks are still getting used to someone such as I truly and genuinely saying, âjust sneak mine in among the milks and syrups and creams and etc.â Some of the drinks are so intricate and complex. It is amazing they remember every detail and move so quickly through complicated drinks and finicky machines. So often we forget how much of a sophisticated process it is to make such drinks. Espresso and itâs main co-stars latte and cappuccino are straight out of Italy. They are stylistic rich. Hardworking is there every time. The drive-thru is prompt. My drinks are accurate. The lines move quickly. (So what if I have to wait. Itâs just, at the end of the day, some coffee. I wonder if people forget their desiring of sugar and caffeine tinge the whole âwaiting so longâ mentality. Itâs still just coffee, maybe with a hat on, or a small dog, but really itâs just coffee.) I enjoy myself. Itâs a cute lil spot away from other spots. One reviewer mentioned how they didnât tell her in advance a machine was down.    Read moreI just wanted to come on here and brag about the team members! Today I stopped in to get a frappe to surprise my husband with once he got finished with his exams. Mags greeted me at the register with a great smile and a cheerful heart! At first I couldn't remember the name of the frappe (my brain went blank). Mags was patient with me, helpful, kind, and had a great attitude.
When I told her that my husband was taking an exam she had a great idea and asked me if I would like her to write something like "good luck" or "you've got this!" She really went above and beyond to make my day and my husband's day special. Its things like that really do make a difference. The other baristas that brought my cakepop and drink out were very helpful as well and had great smiles!
When I stopped back by the register another employee made eye contact with me and wanted to make sure everything was good. It was fantastic service I just wanted to say "thank you" again.

   Read moreDon't door dash from this place. What I thought was a simple order, took over an hour to get. Not to mention it was luke warm when my wife got it. My order had been handed off since my previous dasher ditched the order due to service being so slow. My new dasher was filled in about the situation and asked the crew to remake my drink since she saw the time on the cup. Of course they refused and told my dasher I could contact door dash for a refund if it was cold.(I DONT WANT A REFUND I WANT MY DRINK HOT) Manager didnât offer any sort of compensation other than taking my name for a âremakeâ whenever I had the chance. I live out of state. I would absolutely love to drive an hour for a pumpkin spice latte. Manager didnât care to make the situation better. DoorDash isnât cheap and neither is Starbucks. I paid 15$ for a TALL lukewarm PSL For my wife. Def wonât be wasting time...
