Lon Sen Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Hendersonville

We come here frequently because my hubby's PT is right next door. The staff is really friendly and their service is outstanding, they are very kind with wonderful manners, they stay on top of your needs. And there's only 2 of them. I think it's unique the 2 waiters are Latinos and speak Spanish, yet the gentleman at the counter is Asia. I'm not sure what part of Asia he is from. But he is also very kind and nice!! The only negative I would have is the food that is served buffet style. We came at the right time. The food was hot, plentiful, and delicious. However, there is 1 food item I would love to see back, coconut cream shrimp. THAT WAS DELICIOUS and my favorite. I would like to see some little changes through weekly. For example, have a variety of different things and then change them around on a weekly or even daily basis. And a better selection of desserts with the same concept of changing them around. I am done, lol. We love this place and will continue to come here, prices are decent as well!!!! And the bathrooms have a clean appearance. Before we leave the waiter always brings us refills in to-go cups. Very nice! Thanks...

If there was an option to give a -5 stars I would. Today my whole family stop to eat here resulting in the worst service you can possibly imagine. Drinks were consistently empty and plates never pick up until we had to get the waiters attention. When i went to the give the feedback on how the waiters needed to be more attentive and not in there phones to the manager his response was that my 3 kids whom are under 2 years olds were been to loud and that I needed to find another place to eat. Wow incredible, I would polite ask the owner to please post a sign that unless you can keep your children quite than you may need to eat somewhere else. Very rude and very disrespectful manager! We walked in and my very brash Marine boyfriend immediately said "oh my God, it's hot as ba!!$ in here! I insisted we went ahead and stayed. I thought maybe the dining room was better possibly. (It was NOT.) I was hot the whole time, boyfriend was pi$$ed and my Son was content while I watched Him sweat as the poor thing ate. It was mediocre choices with more signs of what they offered rather than food on the bar under the signs. We went at 1900 on a Friday... so pretty prime time.
