The customer service is terrible here. We came here August 4th around midnight and the male worker in the drive thru was incredibly rude and difficult to deal with for literally no reason at all. My husband and I don't go out to eat often and we just wanted to enjoy our cheat meal yet instead we were met with an odd experience of what seemed to be a young man repeating the word "what" over and over in the drive thru speaker. I'm not sure if the speaker or headsets don't work because the order taker kept saying he couldn't hear me as his voice was super low and muffled. Both my husband and I repeated our order many times to the worker yet again he just kept saying "what" over and over in the speaker and laughing. We don't understand why a breach in communication would be deemed as humorous? Something so simple as taking one's order shouldn't be summed up to a customer having to repeat one order (the simple clear ordering words being "Can I get 4 piece chicken finger combo with a coke"?) over and over! We as customers shouldn't feel the need to scream to a speaker more than 3 times for some tenders?!!!! I had to repeat my order 5 times because the order taker seemed to not "hear" me and I don't care if you can't hear me I will repeat myself I guess and I might get irritated but to laugh purposefully shows ill intentions which is odd to deal with while your just trying to get some food and go home. Do better...
Read moreAt the Hendersonville, TN location; I placed an order for 2 box combos "naked" due to dietary concerns. I requested extra toast in place of the coleslaw. Upon receiving the order, the restaurant staff did not serve us our naked chicken tenders as requested. At this point there was no worries or concerns from me because I understand mistakes happen. After receiving the corrected order, the restaurant staff forgot to give extra toast for one of the box combos. I also noticed that the chicken tenders were ridiculously tiny about an inch long. I explained the toast issue as well as the chicken tender issue to a staff member by the name of "Erica" at this location and she rolled her eyes at me and said that the Chicken Tenders were just going to be that way and there was nothing she could do (all with an attitude as well). She then said to me "so the only thing you are missing is the toast" completely ignoring my concerns of the chicken tenders. I have never had this experience before at a Raising Canes Location It is extremely unbecoming to treat a customer in this manner, and I was extremely surprised by it. Based on this interaction will be avoiding this location in the future.
Edit: General Manager Ariel reached out to me and resolved this concern. I am very appreciative of their quick response to...

Me and my girl came through and got the six-piece combo. Let me tell you—the chicken was fire, crispy and hot like it’s supposed to be. Sauce was solid as usual. But the real star of the show was that bread. Soft, buttery, toasted just right. That toast had me ready to double back before I finished the meal.
Now here’s the issue… While we were eating, a customer walked in with his dog, and the employee asked him, “You got papers for that dog?” That’s not even legal. All you can ask is if it’s a service animal and what task it performs. That’s it.
Then they told him he could sit outside, and dude was like, “I didn’t come to sit outside.” And I don’t blame him. He didn’t come for the patio, he came to eat like everybody else.
👎 Y’all gotta train your staff better on how to handle service animals. Don’t mess up the experience over ignorance.
🍞 But shoutout to that bread again. Top tier. #TaystApproved #GoogleTopLocalGuide #RaisingCanes #KnowTheLaw #ServiceDogRights #615Eats #BreadSoGood...
