Sam's Club — Restaurant in Hendersonville

My husband has always done the shopping for the company at Sam's as well as a few personal things. The store is well laid out with wide aisles to push a cart..even a flat bed one. Because of the nature of the store, they don't always carry the same things all the time, so don't be surprised if something you've been buying for years isn't carried anymore. It may not be Sam's fault, but the manufacturer may be redesigning the package or has discontinued it themselves. I was here yesterday with my bff buying food for a "celebration of life" reception at our church. She had been there the week before and placed an order for assorted cookies, rolls, and brownies bites so they would be fresh. We got there a little early and did some other shopping, but were still a little earlier than the scheduled time for pick up when we got back to the bakery. On visit to Hendersonville Sam's club today it was horrible!!!!!! Go in after ten am to enter show your card. NO that's just eight till ten. I was made to show but four people weren't. Seems picking out a gray hair person. Back at frozen stocker trying to push you out of the way excuse me not polite. That's not corporate policy. Then man driving a fork lift plated a pallet loudly on floor behind us. Uh no!!! Very rude!!! Then lady upon exit ballantly said they check cards since eighties. No that store not there in eighties. That's not good.the public is their customers we are not theirs. Customers pay salaries. They need to bear that in mind. So word of mouth very powerful thing!!!!!It can make you or break you!!!! Great Sam's Club. I've been to many different one's and Hvl Sam's is my favorite. It, unlike the Asheville Sam's Club, is usually not overly crowded, though Sunday's around noon can get a bit busier. It is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The tire shop is great, I've purchased tires here multiple times and they do good work in a reasonable time frame. I will make a side note that I use the Sam's Club "Scan & Go" App. So I don't have to wait in line to check out. They do have quite a few self-checkout registers in addition to the normal registers. The take out food is great and the prices are incredibly low for Pizza, pretzels, ice cream, etc. The Sam's Gas Station is great. Prices are generally close to, if not, the lowest in town. I also use the app for gas, you just scan the QR Code on the pump, choose payment card, then pump the gas when it is connected. When finished, it will email you your receipt. No swiping cards,...
