Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Hendersonville

I am an independent contractor that works with Doordash and was picking up a delivery order for a customer. Upon arrival, the store was rather calm and not busy at all. The young man working the cashier was tending to a small group of customers (2-3 people) and I was standing patiently behind them. After about 3 mins or so, the customers had placed their order and walked away.

I'm not really sure why the young cashier felt prompted to walk away. I figured he was going to restock something that required his immediate attention. No big deal. I then realized he had just stepped around the corner to lean on a counter completely disregarding me. I'm a stocky guy (kind of hard to miss). I then hear a young lady from the back trying to get his attention to tend to me. The young man either not realizing or not caring at all asked "who?" To which the young lady replied "El gordo". To those who DO NOT speak spanish it simply means "The fat guy".

Seeing that I was the only person in line, I couldn't help but think that she was talking about me. When my customer's order had finally been given to me I asked the young man if his other Co worker was talking about me. He said no and then just walked away.

Bottom line : Unless you want to subject yourself to such treatment, poor to no professionalism, and just a complete lack of respect, I would not recommend this restaurant. Zaxby's, something must be done about this store in particular (67 Highlands square drive) and disciplining out of...

Waited 35 minutes in the drive thru. This is not fast food. Received the wrong order. I took it back inside to hear that it was probably handed out to someone else.

My order is cooking and I am waiting inside the restaurant now. I overheard an employee who was running another order out to the curb say, "who's order is this?" The other employee says, "I don't know just ask em!". I watch the drive thru employee take another person's order out to my driverless vehicle. NOT my order again. I went back inside the restaurant.

Asked to speak to a manager. The manager started trying to have a conversation with me through the small kitchen window. I asked for my money back. They gave it to me and asked if I still wanted the food they had just remade. I was in a hurry (hence why I went through the drive thru) and said, "if it's made, I'll take it". The remake was also wrong. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Horrible Zaxbys

This was horrible I brought my wife and kids here on a Friday evening. We were traveling up from florida, which we love Zaxbys for the freshness and prompt service. Thinking should be the same well absolutely not. Ordered 3 wings and things different sauces and a kids chicken fingers. The wings were traditional style and one was boneless. The wings were so dried out they were as if sat under the light too long. The kids chicken fingers and our strips were hard and cold. They places the dried out wings in a bowl of cold sauce which made it worse. Then went to the restroom to wash my hands and they were dirty and haven’t been cleaned at all. I very pleased to say Zaxbys you failed tremendously at this location and I will be notifying corporate office.
