In-N-Out Burger will always continue to be a hot spot for regulars and a novelty for visitors from all over the world. I have been a regular at In-N-Out for the past 45 years. I don't eat there as frequently as I used to since the meat on their burgers was made thinner. In-N-Out might want to claim they use the same amount of ounces for their patties and if that's true, then they must be using a higher fat content meat because the patties are thinner than when I first started eating there. I can actually say that it's more a lettuce sandwich than a burger. If you want to taste the meat, you need to order a double and that shouldn't have to be the case. The big chunk of lettuce they put on their burgers is to make them look thick but that doesn't change the fact that the meat patty is thinner. My more frequent go to place for a great tasting burger that resembles the way In-N-Out burgers used to be is Freddy's. I understand that times change and prices go up to keep up with the cost of living but it shouldn't affect the quality of the food. Their prices have gone up anyway so why should that affect...
Read moreI was at this location on Friday with my daughter and her older cousins. It was raining and they give children 12 and younger hot chocolate My daughter was given 2 cups because they are small. Since she had 2 her cousin which is a college kid asked to just taste it. Then a worker named Tammy came over and said the hot chocolate is for 12 and over. We acknowledge and Tammy said well the 2 people that served you must not know you already had a cup. We corrected her that she was given two. She was rude about my daughter having 2 and her cousin tasting the hot chocolate. She got passive aggressive and seeking other employees to tell them we had two cups while walking past us multiple times. She went up to the counter and was talking loud about us. We could not understand the issue. My daughter was upset and mad she even asked for the hot chocolate. She made our dining experience horrible. Tammy needs training how to treat customers. I will think twice about going to that...
Read moreAfter driving past them for years and seeing them jam packed with cars, I was finally able to park the truck across the street. I had extra time and waited until 10 a.m. for ‘in and out’ to open. I read the history on the website while waiting. Do yourself a favor…read it. It’ll make you feel good. Never knew anything about this place because I’m from the east coast. I was “smile stuck” right when I walked in. The restaurant, restrooms, walls, floors, ceilings and employees were all super clean. Every one of the 11 people working actually looked happy. This is what I would expect a Disney fast food restaurant to be like. Without all the characters. The food was made fresh and the kitchen is open for all to see. I now know what all the hype is about. If they could only train everyone how to be nice, courteous and happy like they are….the world would be a...
