Albert is super rude. I switched my mocha frap to plain coffee because the mocha was never ready within the time frame they set. I figured coffee would be easier for them since it’s just a pour off but they still can’t seem to have it ready within the time frame. Today I asked why it’s never ready within that time frame and he said to try and order it earlier, I said, I have and it’s still not ready. I told him I switched drinks for that reason. I said, I don’t understand why it takes so long when it’s just a pour off and his response was, “it sure is”. He asked, “have you tried another location?” Why would I have to try another location? Just have the drink ready within the time frame that you guys set. But I have gone to other locations and other locations always have my coffee or mocha ready within the time frame. Sometimes I get there and there’s nobody in drive thru and just two drinks on mobile pick up and he’s just cleaning and my drink still isn’t ready. Once I asked him for a stopper since I don’t want it to spill in the car. The guy wasn’t doing anything and he barely looks up and tells me, “one moment” and goes to do something else…everyone else is awesome except for this guy....
Read moreI have been a bit hesitant at using the mobile app to order, but I decided to try it today and (of course) I mess up and I placed my order to the wrong location. The app automatically chose the right one for me, but I didn't realize it at first. It wasn't at the top of the list, and the one that was appeared more correct. It said "Main & I-15." So, of course, I thought it was the correct one for the Hesperia location near the FWY. Once I arrived and waited for a bit, I asked, they checked, and they didn't have my order. I looked at my receipt the discovered the location I chose was for the one in Barstow. They were very kind, and busy as that location generally is, so they went ahead and made me my order after they saw my digital receipt on the app. I told them they didn't have to, since it was my mistake, but they were very kind and did it anyways. I have always had a great experience at this location in general, as well as the incorrect location where I placed my order (since I travel through Barstow to get to work), and the personnel working there have always been very friendly and professional. Read moreI came in on Friday morning for a Venti brown sugar Oatmilk iced shaken espresso and I request some cold foam on top. When Steven handed me my drink I quickly advised that I was missing the Oatmilk and the cold foam. The drink was brown with ice. I buy it often enough to know the difference. He took it back to "the girl" he said made it and just came back with cold foam. Again I advised they didn't even add the Oatmilk. He stated that she did and to taste it. I tasted the drink and verified the Oatmilk was missing. I told him it was wrong. He seemed frustrated and just stated they would make another. I was in a hurry for an appointment and stated I would come back. He said it would be fine and just to say Steven said it was okay to remake my drink. I came back and Mike and another girl stated that Steven was not a shift and that my name was not written down...long story short I had to pay again for the drink because I hate holding up the lines for other people at least this time it was made properly, but It was very unfair for me to have to be put through all of this.
