If there was any way to give this place negative stars definitely would😅. First of all there was no host, after being sat down after a couple of minutes keeping in mind there were probably just three tables being taken care of. More than just 20 twenty minutes waiting for someone to come take our order. When she does get to take our order, doesn’t let us know her name or nothing just stands in front of us asking if we knew what we wanted. She proceeds to take our order, after that we waited approximately 45 minutes for our food. My plate was a sirloin steak WELL DONE!!! With brócoli and mashed potatoes, and my husband asked for just chicken tenders with french fries. When my food does come out she proceeds to tell my husband that they has just told her they only had two chicken tenders left🥴 we were already pretty upset at that point after the wait and now this like really?! So we just said ok whatever he’ll just have the fries. When i take a look at my plate the brócoli looked like it was taking a swim in the steaks blood, (im 6 months pregnant and I was very hungry and mad because I asked for it to be well done) so i proceed to just look inside the steak and maybe it was just all in my head but no the steak was all pink and bloody. I didn’t say anything did not want to return or ask to change it for something else because I was scared that the food might get contaminated in some way😅😅. So we just got up and went straight to pay however I don’t think the food that we actually ate which was french fries, mashed potatoes and two shakes really worth $26. Do we recommend this place? Definitely NOT!! Did we basically just give our money away?! Definitely DID!!! Read moreWe walked in to eat was sat and waited for about 15 minutes before the gentleman, Jonas, who was bussing tables greeted us & took our drink order. We also told him to let our server, who we didn't know who he/she was, know we were ready to order. He looked for someone & proceeded to get our drinks together. About 10 minutes passed at this point & i was fed up so I went to the manager, Carman, to let her know at this point we would like jonas to tale care of us. To which the server, Rostofia, came around the corner and said "I'm taking care of you" this was a surprise to me as she had walked passed our table multiple times without even an acknowledgement. I told the manager about this & requested Jonas again she agreed. Jonas came with our drinks and said the other server would be right back to tale our order I told him I only wanted him to help us he obliged. When he served our food I noticed his gloved and joked "Did you make our food" to which he said yes.
I use to serve and know that of your not in the system as a server you can't ring up food therefore a tip put on a card will not be given to you. I was worried about this and my worry was confirmed when I over heard the manager specifically tell him he wasn't allowed to take a tip! This is absurd! Read moreBeen going to this Dennys for years and I never had a bad enough experience to write a review. My friends and I went out and decided to get Dennys by the end of the night. When we got in, the waitress was more focused on my making my friend uncomfortable about her tattoos than taking our order. She took about ten minutes to get our drinks and then when she brought out my coffee, it was cold like it had been sitting out. I asked her to make it warmer and waited maybe another 20 minutes? It wasn’t until we waited about an hour when our waitress (Ari, I believe) broke the news to us that two of the things we ordered weren’t available and that’s fine, I would understand - had she communicated earlier, maybe an hour in advance. She touched up on our table a total number of maybe 2 or 3 times. When she brought out my friend’s food, her hashbrowns were freezing. In the end one of her coworkers, a gentleman with a black haired ponytail, very nice guy, came to her rescue. When we went to the front to pay for the food, she put all of our items, including things that were unavailable onto it and it took her manager coming to take over the register for us to get out of there.
Not saying fire her, not saying fire anyone, but maybe consider taking on some tighter training....
