Playpen 2 Miami — Restaurant in Hialeah

My husband & I decided to pass by to check out the club as a spontaneous date. To my surprise, the entrance was $20 each person, which sounds fair IF the place was busy & lots of girls. But for a Wednesday night before 12am with barely any people/girls was upsetting. On top of that, our lovely bartender decided to charge us for their premium liquor without us asking for it & tried to add on extra drinks to our tab thinking we wouldn’t notice. Despite confronting her about it she proceeded to say that she forgot to charge EXTRA when the bill was wrong to begin with. They charge 20% gratuity for a service that was so poor. As a person who works in the same industry you could tell their tricks. Food was great with no complaints. It’s sad to see a great club lose its value from their staff taking advantage of customers to only give us the experience of not wanting to return back. This club is amazing. We walk in this club not expecting what we saw. It looks like something out of Las Vegas. The service was outstanding. The girls were as hot as they come and let me not get started on the food. I will definitely come back here. I did not feel hustled. The girls are not asking for a tip every 2 minutes Like most clubs in miami. Their bottle prices are cheaper than anything i've seen in this business. Long story short. Service was good in the beginning. Beware of using a card at this establishment they make copies of your information because they're afraid of "chargebacks". They also authorized 100 on my debit card for an 11 dollar transaction and told me it would fall off in 10 minutes and its been 24 hours. They pretty much don't know how their system works and they also did it to my friends card. BEWARE! Obviously all if the 5 star reviews...
