Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Hickory

I work in the mall so I actually eat here fairly often. Unfortunately it’s one of the few choices in the food court. However I like the food and typically every Chick-fil-A I’ve been to apart from this one gives amazing service. However anytime I have come here they aren’t very friendly at all which is fine, I’m there for good food not interaction. And the food is typically great which is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars. Now I would never have even bothered giving a rating at all until the last 4 times I’ve been here they allow people to pass me in line and take other orders first. Today they allowed a woman in line to order and gave her the order, myself and one person in front of me were waiting patiently for our turn. As the person in front of me ordered the lady who had ordered before walked back up to the front. Another lady stepped behind me and asked if I was in line and I said yes. Again patiently waiting for my turn. Then my turn comes and the lady who had walked back up front asked the lady behind me if she wanted to go ahead and place her order as she steps to the register in front of me (which now I realize they were together at the same table) so the Chick-fil-A cashier allowed not only the lady behind me to place her order but then took a second order from the lady who stepped back in line and started this entire fiasco....I’m disgusted by this as I am in customer service and I’ve had to tell rude, inconsiderate people to step back in line and explain how a line works. But not Chick-fil-A!!! Nope just let everyone do whatever they feel like. Meanwhile I spent 25 minutes of a 30 min lunch in line at their restaurant and never got to eat my food being I also had to walk all the way...

Its chick- fil-a always super respectful and friendly my only issue is they do not back our military and as I come from a entire military family I do not support their decision on that but they do have a killer spicy chicken sandwich with respectful and friendly staff thats the only reason I do rate them and visit as I do. Lobby is always clean however they always have at least 1 black lobby lady doing nothing but hiding playing on her phone. Been in many many times and seen the exact same thing of her walking a few tables down acting as though she is cleaning but goes right back to the back near the kids play area and uses her phone to text. I have set many many times for extended periods and observed this and as though management is blind or just doesnt care she...

I came in this store at 5:55pm today on December 13th and got the worst experience of my life. I was not greeted nor did anyone come to register to even take my order. I could see all the workers working the drive thru but after standing at front for 15 mins i yelled for them to come up to register that all i wanted was a giftcard and once again was completely ignored never to even be responded to or helped at all. I left and will never be back to this bojangles. The worst part is it was lady in front of me that waited and never got helped or even greeted either and she left before me. I stayed and attempted to get their attention just to be ignored as well. Worst service I ever experience. Should have been rated a 0 becuase that's the service...
