I ordered online for pick up I ordered two Rangoon and sauce when I got there, they didn’t have the shrimp which was OK and I asked for replacement and when they were packing it, I asked them did Put the Rangoon inside the bag and she kept reassuring me she did and that she did and she was kind of rude about it and then another girl comes out and says you forgot a pack the Rangoons and then they had the bag and I thought that was it I get home to know that they didn’t put the utensils. Ordered a 2 entree + 1 side dish. My bourbon chicken was pretty burnt and they had just brought out a tray of chicken and brocolli so I also got it. My chicken was completely pink, undercooked, and management agreed. We were given a refund for the raw food but they continued to serve the chicken after acknowledging that it was raw. They also didn't swap out the older chicken before placing the new chicken directly on top, so the next few customers were also happily served raw meat. I think some people are smoking crack when you look at some of these reviews. I’ve never had any problem coming here. Granted I don’t frequent the mall very much, but when I do, I always stop and get lunch here and as far as price goes you can’t beat it.
