I've been a loyal customer of this place for years... Unfortunately I'm sad to say that ever since they moved locations, things have gone downhill. Not only did they loose the small "hole in the wall" vibes, but it also seems as though they lost their sense of pride and affinity for quality. For example: I took my parents to this place for the first time the other day... When we got there, we were told they were out of rice! How do you run out of rice!? We then decided to get some Boba Tea, only to be told that they were "out" of tapioca pearls... After talking with the girl behind the counter, we were told that they weren't really out; they just didn't want to make any more because they didn't want to have excess at the end of the night.... It would be one thing if we came in 10 minutes before closing, but we were there over an hour before closing! How can you call yourself a boba tea place and not serve boba!? On top of that, after 20-30 mins our pager was never "buzzed" and I had to go up and find our drinks just sitting on the counter getting warm. Were it not for me asking the girl if the drinks were ours, I have a feeling we would have been forgotten about for another 20 mins. Unless things change, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Bombin' Ramen is right down the road, and I've yet to see them "run out" of essential ingredients.

Read moreWe came by to have lunch with friends and family earlier coming from the mountain and at first weâre like, too many people inside, weâll and good. So we ordered and waited on the side standing until we finally a group stood up and we were seated. As we chatted and waited weâve noticed that all those other customer who were after us had already been served. So we went up to the counter to check our orders and they said they messed up. So they took our orders again. So we waited and waited and still taking too long. So we approach the counter to check on it and this lady in the counter is just ignoring us instead they shld be doing service recovery or at least make priority on our orders but still they continue and serving the customers who were so behind us. So we end up waiting for almost 2 hrs. The management is really is so disorganized and donât have a good customer service. So regarding the food, is another thing I donât know if they were just rushing it. The ramen was too salty, the bibimbap was dry and the same, the bolgogi sandich/burger was not really something you would crave for. The fries and the bobas are ok. The place, was just too messy and dirty. The tables has a lot of left over food and no one is cleaning every after customer use. Sorry this is just our experience from todays visit...
Read moreThe 4.6 rating is a joke. Man, what a place that fell from grace. Back when it was House of Nom Nom, they cared about quality and the food tasted like decent quality. Now, you can tell how much the quality of the food as gone down. It seems like the owner went cheaper on the quality of meat and fries. I remember the fries being fresh cut fries. Now they use fries you would get at a stand at a high school football game. The sandwich my wife got, the bun was toasted so bad that we were knocking on it and laughing at it. It was to the point where we made our own mood change back to happy by playing with the rock hard bun. The only reason why this gets 2 stars and not 1 is because the Bobba Teas are their bread and butter. They do it so well and itâs different from anything in the area. This review makes me sad because I remember them being better in quality. I remember when they didnât cut corners. Whoever owns it now needs to realize that you may have to spend more money for higher quality but the amount you will sell will double and make you money. People will pay for quality. Especially in this area that is so dry with food. They need to go back to the old ways. They could be a game changers but you canât go too cheap on everything and makes us pay the same prices. I really hope the...
