I walked into chipotles to order food around 6:25 PM, I always get the Barbacoa bowl and they were basically out of Barbacoa when I wanted to place my order so I asked if there was more Barbacoa in the back and the worker (I don’t know his name) was trying to be smart and said that the Barbacoa from the online order station looks the same as the one on the main station. So I asked if they were going to make more Barbacoa tonight the worker says no they won’t make anymore tonight but they don’t close until 11 PM. There is no way that insufficient amount of Barbacoa is going to last five hours until closing time it was barely anything in the serving dish, barely any meat, just straight juice, and small shredded meat bits. So when the worker said they weren’t going to make any Barbacoa for the rest of the night I asked don’t you all close at 11pm? And he said yes but we’re still not going to make anymore. Even though it’s only 6:27 PM, so I definitely got the impression the employee was lying so that he wouldn’t have to Fix me a better portion of Barbacoa. So he offered to fix me Barbacoa from the online order station even though he said, and I quote “the Barbacoa looks the same at the online station as it does on the main line” and that is exactly what I got the same looking barely any meat Barbacoa on my food, which is of poor quality. While, the employee that was fixing my food was walking to the order online station. He whispered something to another employee, and both of them were laughing in my face and the worker he said something too kept laughing in my face until I paid for my food. WHICH IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I do not appreciate being laughed at because I want better food quality. I traveled 30 minutes to come to this Chipotle’s because I felt like they were the best chipotles in my area because all the other ones near my house are trash!!! And this is a prime example as to why I like to travel further for a better food quality, but I come to the one that is supposed to have the better food quality and they are treating me just as bad as the ones that are close to my home residence. Chipotle’s needs to fix this problem, because all this company is doing is increasing prices, but is still offering poor customer service and poor food quality and...
Read moreToday I had a bad experience and I usually have good experiences at this Chipotle. When I came in I asked how long would it be until a new batch of steak came up and they told me 15-20 mins. I was more than willing to wait that time frame. That was no problem at all since I saw there wasn’t much steak that was left (only a few pieces) Once they cooked it I got back in line and ordered my steak bowl.
I then noticed that the two women were catching an attitude about the situation. This entire time I was polite. So I noticed one of the girls take over the male that was servicing me. She then turned her back and then put steak on my bowl from an area I didn’t see the cook putting the fresh steak in.
Once I got home which is 3 mins away I tasted my bowl in the car and when I bit in it the steak was as cold in the inside. I went back up to the store and let them know my food was cold. Once they saw me the young lady that made my food move from the counter to the side register. She knew exactly what she did. Then there were two young ladies at the register being unprofessional because yes I did advocate but with “grace” So instead of remaking my food I asked for my money back because after I seen them at the register I knew they didn’t need to make my food again.
The manager was there the entire time and he said nothing. He should have definitely realigned his staff and their behavior. As a customer if I can keep my composure and grace then the staff member should be able to be professional. I was going to let it go however, since they got disrespectful at the register I decided to write a review since the manager did nothing. I’m really disappointed in my experience because I’m a regular that only wanted to be treated with respect like everyone else. I didn’t ask for any special privileges and I gave them grace.
Also, my family and I have always been charged for vinaigrette and they said they’ve never charged for it and that’s not the truth.
I’m recommending that the area leader take a look into this because what I saw would be unacceptable at any store. The store I was at the palladium in...
Read moreI order from this Chipotle pretty regularly. Today a coworker and I ordered lunch to be delivered. When the bowls arrived, hers was correct and mine was no where close to right. I order the same thing everytime. I called the store and after explaining the situation was told to hold for the manager. I didn't want a refund, I just wanted to get my correct order. Someone else came on the line, didn't give a name or sound overly excited to be answering a call. I, once again, explained what happened. I was polite and wasn't placing blame with anyone. I work in customer service and know mistakes happen. The manager didn't apologize or even sound apologetic. The only solution he offered was "we can remake the bowl." No offer to have to delivered to me since I had already paid the delivery fee and tipped a driver to bring me the wrong order. But that's okay. I work 3 minutes from the restuarant. When I get to the store the associate that helped me had no clue what I was talking about. So for the third time I tell someone what has happened. I called maybe 10 minutes before arriving. As he starts the bowl, another associate walks over and asks what he's doing. He is the one that makes the online orders. He looks at it and asks what was wrong with it. I told him it was missing half my ingredients and had some on there I did not request. He starts mumbling to the other associate what I assume is "I know I made that right. There was nothing wrong with it." Or something along those lines based on his body language and irritated facial expression. And I'm sure he did make my bowl correctly, but I did not receive the one that I ordered. I can only guess someone else got mine. The entire time I am in the restaurant, not one associate apologizes for the incorrect order. Which is one major reason I am writing this review. Attached are photos of the receipt showing what I order, the bowl I got and then what my correct...
