Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in High Point

Ordered food online. I got there a little late from the estimated time app gives when ordering food online. My online order was still not ready. Had to wait an additional 12-15minute. Then they make those who order online awkwardly go get their chips in between a line of customers standing in front of the counters that are placing their orders in person, even though they have chips behind the counter that they say is for doordash. So you make online ordering customers akward and inconvenient but make it convenient for DD orders whom the company pays a fee to even be on Doordash platform. Make it make sense, and stop making stuff awkward for online customers!

UPDATE, THEY ARE MUCH WORSE- 3rd time and waited long while walking git their food quick. And the manager possibly contaminated my food by stopping making it to go handle and another person's card. He literally touch the card with the gloves he was making my sandwich with and then was going to go back to making my food with that contaminated glove!! I WILL NEVER SUGGEST OR GO BY A JERSEY MIKE EVER AGAIN, I AM DONE WITH THE IGNORANCE THAT THEY PRETEND THEY DONT SEE THE ADDITIONAL 12-16 MIN A ONLINE CUSTOMER HAS TO WAIT WHEN THEY TOOK THE TIME TO PLACE A ORDER AN ORDER IN ADVANCE AND DRIVE OVER TO GET...

I always really love Jersey Mike's I went to the one here in the Palladium for the first time. I ordered the sandwiches that I always order which is the Big kahuna and as I was eating half the sandwich I felt something sharp in my mouth so I spit out the piece a sandwich I was currently chewing. As I was going through what I chewed up I found a sharp object not really sure what it is. I didn't enjoy finding it in my sandwich. I already feel weird about eating out but they secured me never to go back.I did make a video I'm not sure if it will allow me to put it in with my review. The food is good. The only complaint I always place an order online and I always say no olive oil blend because I am counting calories and every time this location always put the oil on the bowl I order. This either sabotages the calorie count Or I just throw it away if I notice it before I eat. Just be carful when placing orders online at this location. I work right down the road and have ordered here several times and it’s always wrong
