If I could leave zero stars I would. I went to this location for lunch with friends. My friend was eating her bowl when she thought she found a bone. She spit it out to find it was a wing nut. A metal wing nut that was about an inch wide. She took it up front to tell the staff she found it in her food. She asked for a manager and the staff member said she was one of the managers. My friend showed her the bolt and said it was in her food. Without apology, asking only “What do you want me to do?” the manager said she needed the bolt back because it was part of their tomato slicer. My friend told the manager that it had been in her mouth. The manager took the bolt back and we watched as they put it back on the tomato slicer WITHOUT EVEN WASHING IT. Not even a refund was offered when my friend declined to get a new bowl (who on earth would want more food from this place at that point).

This all happened after we had waited in line much longer than reasonable, staff was slow, and the phone rang the entire time we were sitting in the dining room without ever being answered. These were all things we could move past giving the benefit of the doubt that they were understaffed. But the multiple food safety issues this created cannot be ignored. We won’t be back to this location (or maybe any others) and recommend that if you value your teeth or food safety you also...

I love Salsaritas anywhere and everywhere but this location. I really wish that I could say I like this Salsaritas but oh my God! The staff are so immature constantly changing, and not in any way patient. Ordering here can be a headache. There's a lot of sighing messing up our orders and the list goes on. I've tried with this location several times because it's the closest to where we live and my daughter loves Salsaritas but I would rather travel to eat after tonight's experience. I called because there was an issue with ordering our food on the Salsaritas app the young man I spoke with wasn't sure about the issue so asked who I'd guess was his manager about my issue. The response did not make sense whatsoever but I was willing to just come in to do my order but as I was speaking with the guy the "manager" says something takes the phone and hung up on me. Needless to say I was livid and that is the very last straw. Absolutely no professionalism whatsoever. My husband called and asked for their names but I doubt anything will happen as far as dealing with the unnecessary disrespect. PLEASE PLEASE do yourselves a favor and GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION TO EAT!! These kids that work here are awful just awful and the food is...

My visit happened over the summer. I intentionally waited to leave the review, because the employees were young & I would hate to see them fired when the issue is clearly poor management and training.

I had never been to Salsarita’s before, but I live nearby. I placed an online order for the taco trio (3x soft chicken tacos). I went to pick the order up. The employees were goofing around. They hadn’t even started the order. I told them that was fine and I would wait. I’m not trying to end up on some viral video arguing with fast food workers, I understand something can be missed. They made my order, I took it home. Even after it not being ready 30-45 minutes after I placed the order, they made it wrong too. They gave me 2 chicken tacos, & incorrect to the way I had ordered them.

It was my loss, it was $12.27 so it wasn’t worth it to make a fuss, but it did determine that I would not ever visit the location again or recommend to anyone else. There are plenty of other, truly authentic taco places nearby. I was lured by the price tag, but in this situation I did not even get...

Came back after being away for several months. My daughter was visiting her friends in Greensboro and we all agreed that this was the best option for lunch. We loved coming here on the regular but since we moved, hadn't been. We were greeted at the door by one of the ladies employed which was nice since she seemed very sincere in the dialogue. It was about how cold it is. She helped them with their order which were all different as one got a hard taco meal, the other got the soft taco meal and lastly a quesadilla meal. All declined the "poquito" because they want to get some ice cream. Usually, it is a great dessert. I got the burrito meal. The female that helped us was awesome, she asked the girls what they wanted and was super patient in their indecision. She also asked and waited politely as I was making my choices. Didn't get a name but she wears glasses but I hope to see her again so I can say thanks in person. Food was delicious and we are all full!

This is the first time I've eaten at this particular Salsarita's. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I wasn't able to sit at any one of four different tables because they weren't washed when others left from eating there. In fact, it was about 45 minutes before any staff washed the dining room table. My visit was in the middle of the afternoon and I never saw a reason for them to remain dirty for so long. My two taco combo was made to order from a line where you tell the person to add the items you want on it. Prices have been noticably increasing at this chain in the past year or so, and for a nominal amount more you could go to a full service Mexican restaurant and have someone take your order and bring you drink refills. There is an upcharge that is paid for adding guacamole to your Mexican meal at Salsarita's that I haven't noticed being passed on to customers at full service Mexican restaurants.
