Up until June, I was a huge fan of this chain. Granted there have been growing pains that come with any successful business, this particular location appeared to have turned the corner. I was a happy customer that frequented up to 3 times a week. Something has changed in the last 6-8 weeks, management-wise... AND IT'S AWFUL. Every online order I've done during this time period wasn't even looked at until after I arrived to pick it up or I was told that there was something "messed up witht he receipt printer". If that were the only inconvenience, then I'd make due, but that's not the case. Once upon a time, if I online ordered something they were out of stock, someone at the location would call me to address/adjust my order straight away. In my last several visits: Ordered a mocha, they were out of full caff coffee. Ordered a peanut paradise with energizer & b12... the smoothie maker somehow confused energizer with whey protein and that was the most disgusting drink. Ordered a peanut paradise and they were out of whey protein. Ordered 2 smoothie's & food and there was a 3+ foot long string of receipts hanging off the printer. That day I waited 20 minutes between when I ordered and when I arrived to pickup. I stood at the "Online Order Pickup" spot for 10 minutes before any of the teenage employees responded to my inquiry. I then had to wait another 15 minutes for them to "fit me in" to make my order. Ordered a smoothie and they were out of STRAWS! Ordered a mocha, they were out of all instant coffee grounds. Ordered a peanut paradise, they were out of peanut butter.
These issues are specific to this location and the franchise owner needs to be more accountable for their poor management hirings since they can't seem to keep their store adequately stocked or able to process online orders with any sort of success. I have patronized the Bridford Pkwy and Downtown Winston-Salem locations during the same time frame with no issues.

   Read moreThis place was amazing and I would go there a few times a week. However, over the past 6 months or so thier customer service and wait times have become horrible. I completely understand that the drinks and food are made to order and it will take more time than normal to do it this way. However, the last time I was there, there was only one car in front of me and I waited approximately 5 minutes for that car to get their order and leave. I pulled up to the window and waited, while I was waiting I was watching the staff inside and I don't think they could move any slower.
Two of the employees were just standing around talking to eachother and not really doing anything else. I am assuming there was another employee making my drinks (I ordered 3). One of those employees finally came over to get my payment. She took my payment and said "we are making your food now". Then she just went back to talking to the other employee. I ended up waiting another 15 minutes after I pulled up to the window to get my order, so in total I waited over 20 minutes for 3 drinks?? Before the service started to decline you would wait maybe 3-5 minutes per vehicle. Whoever owns this establishment might want to send some people to watch how the employee are doing business. Do to this decline in service, I will take my buisness to another TSC or to another buisness...

I online ordered and I did arrrive 3 minutes early (my apologies) there was 1 car in front of me, I introduced myself at the speaker box and was told to pull around. Once I pulled around, the car in front of me was leaving. I pulled forward, where I proceeded to sit for 17 minutes. Watching employees, every single one with AirPods or headphones in, look at me, and not acknowledge me or even say hello to me. After 17 minutes they handed me food, I had 1 smoothie and 1 kids smoothie. I kindly told them that was not my order, where someone else finally came to the window and asked âwhat are you even waiting forâ where I told them an online order, I got the response of âwhat online orderâ I told them the one sitting directly beside them, as I could see my name. I then was told âgirl you should have honked the horn or somethingâ so I have to be rude in order for your to do your job?
