The online experience was overloaded I assumed due to their promotion. I quit trying and came back hours later but still no success. The person at the counter "made exception" and helped me order. Wow. Thankful, I was able to eat. Give a 5 for this.

The three: never been in a restaurant we're taking out the trash overruled the customer experience from entry (more than I big bags of trash to all tgrough, greeting you at the entrance, then when dining he employee was stacking up more instead of taking any out to the trash receptacle instead of keeping them in with customers as she went along... for the 45 minute until I left.

I did ring their "thank you, good work" bell as I exited.

Didn't mention to the counterperson the Horsey Sauce in the pump seemed rancid. I happily received some much tastier Horsey packets.

I usually order: double the meat on my sandwich and since a young girl have loved the flavor of Arby's...

This was my first time ever going to an Arby's, and this was the closest location to me. I went because I wanted to get the Trisha Paytas Jamocha Shake, which, by the way, did not disappoint; it was so good. It was the best thing I had at Arby's. While I was there, I also wanted to try something to eat because I was already there, and they do say they have the meat, but I don't know how good the meat is. I ordered the classic beef and cheddar meal ($11.39) originally, but I exchanged the soda with a Jamocha Shake, which went up to ($12.79). To be honest, the meal looked better when the hamburger was wrapped up. When I opened it, it was pretty small-looking, and it tasted basically like a ham sandwich with melted nacho cheese on it. It wasn't that good at all, but the fries and the Jamocha shake were delicious. Will not get that...

Very busy with a line up as I went in. Pairs and small groups of men on their lunch breaks. The line moved quickly even though there was only one register open. I ordered old school getting the original with the next choice up with additional beef. 1 small mozzarella cheese sticks and a small drink. The highly efficient man offered that he was charging me a combo meal to make the price better for me. My order came out fast, hot and perfect. I couldnt finish! A great experience The only negative...wishing they had more room in between tables for walking and sitting. Great idea for bar stool 2 seat tables placed furthest away so 1-2 will not take up 4 seat tables since bigger groups filled them all...

Went through drive thru just a few minutes ago. Ordered Kings Fish Deluxe with no shredded lettuce, a Corned Beff Rueben, and a Large Jalapeno bite. The Rueben was good. The Fish, from the wrapper it appears they made it with lettuce, then tried to doctor it. It was left assembled incorrectly, with some lettuce left, and almost no tartar sauce (probably got removed with the lettuce). Disappointing on several levels. Had to doctor it when I got home. The Jalapeno Bites were under cooked. The outside is supposed to be crispy, not mushy wet.
