The night staff there are very unwelcoming this is was the 2nd bad experience I had, the mad me feel uncomfortable. The first time I thought it was because they were closing in about 10 minutes and they was rushing and and seemed like they didn’t want me to do too much like asked them to heat my meat up because they cleaned up already. The second time I went 3 hours before they were closing and they still acted the same way some lady dressed in all black was behind staring and watching and it was awkward silence they were looking around at each other I was like am I missing something here. So I did not asked them to thrown my meat in the flat iron I felt like it was an inconvenience, she showing out “6:59pm” at the lady dressed in black. Won't be going back again, ever. Just went to order sandwiches, I did not have a mask with me, they asked me to wear one, no problem, then said they had none but told me to go over to Starbucks next door & take one from them, I said I wasn't comfortable doing that since I wasn't buying anything from Starbucks to which the young man said he couldn't serve me. I offered to go outside & order from there, absolutely rude denied service. Pathetic, lost my business & will make sure to share with others. Avoid this place if you want any level of customer service, pathetic. The fact they're telling others to take from another business without giving business in return speak measures. Do better. All I can say is rude, rude, rude! I arrived there on March 11th at 12:20 pm needing to order 6 sandwiches for a business meeting that stated at 1 pm. I walk up to the door and it says CASH ONLY! What is that about? I go in and they tell me I could order on their website to pay with a credit card. So there I am placing an order on my cell phone as I stand in the lobby. As you can imagine, every order needs something special. I tell them that I have a list and wanted to make sure each sandwich was made correctly. They wouldn’t have anything to do with that, if I made a mistake it was my problem!
