I love this place but to decline a service animal is ILLEGAL! This in no way reflects on the service but strictly the manager being at the establishment drinking and staff saying they would be fired if they allowed a service animal. You could endanger someone's life. Service dogs can be trained to recognize a seizure and save a life.
Maybe the establishment should consider a manager who knows the laws and follows them. Very disappointed!😲😞
