When I called, I had to reiterate that my kid wanted pineapple on his pepperoni pizza. Dudes tone definitely made him sound rude. I didn’t think anything of it though. My 2 boys and myself went and paid for our pizzas and two 2-liters. The order was supposed to be 1 family size gourmet chicken garlic and 1 family size half cheese half pepperoni with pineapple. He thought I originally said Canadian bacon and pineapple but then he decided I guess we really didn’t want pineapple because he kept not wanting to hear me say pineapple for some reason.
We get home from picking the pizzas up and the pizza didn’t have pineapple. I didn’t know because I had given him the benefit of the doubt and didn’t even think to check the pizzas.
This location needs a serious culture change.
I’m from Medford, OR! Not wherever this guy thought I was from. Or who he thought I was over the phone.

Waited while another customer’s order was being finished. As I was waiting, four people arrived. The one employee working asked the other employee (who was in the back) to help. Read moreI placed an online order with an estimated pick up of 6:12. I came in at 6:15 and was not acknowledged whatsoever by any of the staff for over 5 minutes. When someone finally asked me if I was here to place and order or if I had ordered online, I was told “it’s going to be a little bit” but not given an estimate on how long I’d be waiting. It seemed like there was a new employee trying to learn (which is completely fine) but the person I assume was the lead seemed annoyed with the fact that her coworker was struggling.
