We will never order food from Domino's Pizza again. I placed a order on line for 4 sandwiches. One Steak and cheese plain and additional steak cheese with everything and two other sandwiches. After placing my order online I felt like I needed to call to make sure they understood the order. I was put on hold 4 times waiting up to 5 mins for someone to pick the phone back up before hanging up and trying again . When sandwiches arrived the order for the steak and cheese only had just cheese and no steak on it! I replaced another order online immediately and called them and they answered the phone to my surprise, and explained the order was wrong. They brought me another sandwich with a bill of 14.37 for the plain steak and cheese. I paid 40.37 for the 3 sandwiches and a sandwich with just cheese on it. I immediately called them and ask why would you charge me again? The assist manger blamed me and said there was nothing she could do about it. I explained this could have been prevented if only they had picked the phone up and not put me on hold 4 times. It is obvious to me they do not care about there customer service. This is a situation that could have been prevented and definitely handled better. Also I want to mention the second driver that delivered the correct sandwich was very rude. I did not tip him, but tipped the first driver 10.00 as he is also super nice when he delivers here. Read moreI usually go here to get the stuffed cheesey bread, and the chocolate lava cakes on occasion. I went in person about a week ago, and because I don't eat pork, I asked if I could have beef and jalapenos on my bread instead of bacon. (I gave up on just getting it without bacon while ordering online because it always came on it when delivered, so I make the drive in person now.) The skinny, tall white guy there said it was no problem. I'm sad I didn't catch his name. I went home happy.
I called tonight to place my order, and a girl answered. I asked her if I could substitue the bacon for beef, and she said: "We don't do that." I said "Okay. Just give it to me without bacon please." I get there, bring up the fact that I was there very recently and the substitution was no problem, while getting my order. She kind of just stood there and said nothing. No apology or anything. She also said they had no red pepper when I asked. I know there's a box of it in there, just do a better job of keeping it stocked for people like me, maybe? I don't go around complaining usually, but I mean, come on. Just charge me extra next time if it is that big of a deal. Also, the price was higher this time for some reason? Read moreI would without a doubt give this Domino's Pizza a 5/5 for sure! I ordered two large pizzas one hand tossed and another thin crust. The issue that arose was when I got to the store they had accidentally made them both hand tossed. When this happened the gentlemen behind the counter (Christian was his name) told me what had happened and offered me to either get my money back for the incorrect pizza or just wait and have the correct one made. He even said that they would still give me the incorrect pizza for free! I ended up just waiting for the new one to be made and who will never believe what happened. Christian actually offered me a free drink while I waited for the new pizza to be cooked! Now this is when i was just blown away! I mean come on its not everyday you get amazing customer service like this! End the end I was so happy because I walked out of that Domino's with the two pizzas that I ordered along with the incorrect one and a nice cold bottled drink to go with it! The entire staff was so nice and I just wanted to give Christian a HUGE shout out for his excellent customer service! He truly knows how to make the customer happy and he is an amazing employee!
