We have been vacationing in Hilton Head every summer for the last 10 years from Buffalo NY. We like to try somewhere new every time. We planned on hitting up Marley’s as a safe bet which we enjoyed years prior but it’s closed. Came across Island House as I googled, went there on a whim and very happy we did. My husband, dog, and I ate here! It was so nice to have a dog friendly place to sit, eat, and relax. We got the Carolina shrimp appetizer which was amazing, my husband got the shrimp roll which was filled with so much shrimp, and I got the pimento cheese chicken sandwich!
