Best day since my wife & I moved to SC from Illinois 3 weeks ago. Been looking for the "right" furniture for our new home the last 4 days. The minute my wife & I walked through the door at LARRY SETOLA's family owned store, WE were treated like family. My wife & I were not pressured or pushed. The absolute best experience buying furniture that I’ve ever had and possibly the best overall experience at ANY retail store that I’ve been to. I’m not being paid to say this either! From the initial visit which was no hard sales just helpful sales. I went in thinking I’d buy an L shaped couch and they would have sold that to me because I had time before I needed it but they gave me other options that were more versatile and less costs and they happen to have the couch I wanted in their warehouse but they held it for me until I moved permanently. And were in contact with me often and delivery was an hour window and then they gave me the exact time they’d arrive which was so nice. Especially with how busy we were with the move. Quality family owned establishment and experience from beginning to end. My husband and I first went there to have new cushions made for our wicker couch that were uncomfortable and purchased somewhere else. The service and product was excellent and I knew we would go back if we needed something. We had a Sunroom addition and purchased a beautiful, quality couch that is well worth every penny of our investment. The family and other staff were kind and professional. The Sunroom completeion was delayed due to the weather and it was stored in their temperature controlled wearhouse for over three months without an additonal charge.
