I ordered online, and paid which means I could run right in and grab my pizza. Wrong! It took them several minutes to find it while other people who didn't pay already came in, paid, and got their pie. It was sitting in a whole different area by itself- that was very off putting. When I got it, I opened it- it looked like blah! I used to order deep dish, but I didn't see that option. I like the deep dish because they cook it longer, and the cheese goes all the way to the crust. This pizza looked like something a child would make in an easy bake oven And it tasted like it was made in an easy bake oven. The olives tasted old and the beef was flavorless. And the cheese was- well let's just say I've seen cheesy bread with more cheese on it. Once I heated the pizza up and cooked it a little more, it tasted better. I give the pizza a 3 out of 5. Someone else might enjoy it more because I typically prefer deep dish over the regular type of pie.

After 20 minutes , I noticed the tracker showed my order had been delivered. I reached out to the store and they inform me the driver was on his way and to allow more time. Within 2 minutes the driver Jose called to say that he was downstairs. I provided the code again to come upstairs at which time he told me it’s company policy not to come inside buildings after a certain times. I contacted the store manager and he explained that due to the population/demographics of my location he does allow drivers to come upstairs. I asked for refund and he told me I can drop off the order at the store and to file a compliant if I didn’t like his answer. I sent a compliant to corporate and have yet to receive a response.
