I understand why the reviews of some of you folks state that you will not visit again meaning will not spend any $ on this particular Dairy Queen and that is because I too had the worst experience here. Today 8/5/23 I went around 5/6pm with family for ice creams and the service was incredibly rude, I regret not asking for names but thatās how mind blown I was at the unfortunate lack of customer service not only were the sundaes only filled with caramel syrup and little to no vanilla ice cream the cashiers/employees only gave 1 napkin per ice cream which were a total of 4 I mean Iām common sense would be to give plenty considering my toddler was with me and she got an ice cream cone and plenty napkins would help avoid mess while ice cream melts but I mean I guess thatās just my common sense since I have 5+ years of experience with customer service in general. However, when I decided to mention that the sundaes were just filled with caramel syrup the blonde employee said āthatās how itās made and thereās nothing I can doā and I asked if I could have more vanilla ice cream and that I was willing to pay extra if need be and she said āI wouldnāt even know where to startā so I was so shocked at her responses that I asked for a manager on duty and her exact words were āI wonāt be able to grab a manager because they are so busy and overwhelmedā. OVERWHELMED? SO BUSY? I am still processing this customer service because itās purely unethical and unprofessional in all the ways possible! What are we paying for these days???? Ā Ā Ā Read moreApparently DQ adds Chocolate syrup to the VANILLA M&M blizzards. Not a big deal, but I was really surprised to find out that they have "always" done this. I have been there many times and ordered the same flurry and received it with pure vanilla. I told them that they made a mistake (which apparently they didn't) and they mad a new vanilla M&M blizzard, before handing it to me i was asked to pay $6 for it?????? I thought I was going to get a replacement, but there was a little bit of a language barrier that caused some confusion, so the manager was brought over. That didn't help, after receiving a confused stare from the manager, he decided it was best to throw the already made blizzard into the garbage rather than trade me for mine. I was told that I had already eaten some of mine, so he couldn't give it to me. I did eat some of mine, about 2 spoons worth, I was trying to just deal with it, but adding that chocolate ruined the taste for me. Wow, that escalated quickly! One of us made a mountain out of a mole hill, I'll let you decide who. I'm also curious to know if DQ actually reads these comments or if I'll receive the same canned response that everyone else got. Ā Ā Ā Read moreBroke down in the drive through. The manager on duty helped me and gave me a jump. Came back in another time when I noticed two charges to my card on the same day... He and I figured out together that it was a couple different days of orders being charged on the same day, which I didn't realize until he pointed it out.
The only complaint I have is once in a while there is a girl on the speaker who seems to hate taking orders and rushes people through ordering. Not sure she is in the right position.
But aside from that, I am extremely satisfied with the quality service by everyone else and the quality of the food, etc.
Since they went above and beyond by jumping my car, I still have 5 stars despite the girl on the drive through speaker. I'm confident she won't last long with the attitude she has.

Same exact "I hate my job" attitude. I tried to get her name and she wouldn't give it to me, and didn't have a name tag on. I wasn't going to cause a scene so I just let it go and changed my review to a one star until...
